Working hip nutation will help you sit on the floor and put your knees down better. You have a lot of tightness in your psoas and hip flexors from what I see in the video. Dynamic stretching is okay but if you really want to increase flexibility you need to do active facilitated stretching linked with extended breath. Slow Deep inhale to increase the stretch intensity and double the exhale. That will actually increase your flexibility and allow you to sit on the floor without your knees above your hip pointers.

Just go for a brisk walk first thing in the morning. Less impact on the knees and I feel great after a 30 min walk on empty stomach.
