    1. Hamstring Raise + Leg Kickout - 35 per side
    2. Frog Legs 20 normal, 20 reverse direction
    3. Elevated scissor kick - 20
    4. Mountain Climbers - 20 left toe pointed, 20 right toe pointed
    5. Hamstring stretch - 20

    Oh these were not what I was expecting when the video started😄
    Once I stopped laughing I had to admit, these would probably do me an awful lot of good since I sit for most of the day.

    I am a martial arts player about 5 years ago my daily routine was to run 7 km non stop with that silly workout now I have injury in my both knees I feel pain in my knees when I run what should I do now

      Just go for a brisk walk first thing in the morning. Less impact on the knees and I feel great after a 30 min walk on empty stomach.

    Working hip nutation will help you sit on the floor and put your knees down better. You have a lot of tightness in your psoas and hip flexors from what I see in the video.
    Dynamic stretching is okay but if you really want to increase flexibility you need to do active facilitated stretching linked with extended breath. Slow Deep inhale to increase the stretch intensity and double the exhale. That will actually increase your flexibility and allow you to sit on the floor without your knees above your hip pointers.
