    Methi Thepla Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups gehun ka aata (wheat flour)
    - 1 teaspoon namak (salt)
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1 tablespoon till (sesame seeds)
    - 2-3 finely chopped hari mirch (green chilies) (alternatively, use garlic, chili, and ginger paste)
    - 1 inch adrak (ginger), grated (alternatively, use garlic, chili, and ginger paste)
    - 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
    - 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
    - 1 tablespoon dahi (curd)
    - 1 tablespoon tel (oil for dough)
    - 1 cup finely chopped methi (fenugreek) leaves
    - Pani (water as needed)
    - Additional tel (for kneading and cooking)
    Instructions:
    - Ek mixing bowl mein gehun ka aata, namak, garam masala, till, chopped hari mirch, grated adrak, lal mirch powder, aur haldi powder milaye.
    - (Alternatively, aap chopped green chilies aur grated ginger ki jagah garlic, chili aur ginger paste bhi use kar sakte hain.)
    - Dahi aur ek tablespoon tel dale. Dahi se theplas soft aur moist rahenge, aur unka flavour bhi enhance hoga.
    - Finely chopped methi leaves add kare aur sabko achhe se mix kare.
    - Dheere dheere pani dal kar ek soft dough banaye. Dough ko 10 minute rest karne de.
    - Rest karne ke baad, thoda tel lagakar dough ko dubara knead kare taki dough smooth aur pliable ho jaye.
    - Dough ka chhota portion le aur patla roll kare agar aap travel ke liye bana rahe hain. Warna regular chapati jaisa thickness rakh sakte hain.
    - Ek tawa garam kare aur thepla ko uspe cook kare.
    - Dono taraf thoda tel lagakar golden brown hone tak cook kare.
    - Aapke mazaydaar theplas tayaar hain! Inhe aap garma garam ya thoda time baad enjoy kar sakte hain. Ye theplas flavourful hain, isliye aapko extra pickle ya sabji carry karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Just roll and enjoy!
