As a South Indian from Chennai we eat almost everyday Idoi or dosai. I always want to learn methi thepla. I am going try this recipe soon. Thanks Paati( grandma)
I lost my mother about a year ago she too was passionate about cooking I learnt from her the same way Dadi explains to an extent I won awards in my college competing with girls way back in late 80s. but sister lata how do you know that this is making traditional theplas? traditional thepla has neither ajwain nor hing nor green chili added to it and while rolling it out you do not dust with aatta like you do to chapaatis ... i have suspicion that this dadima is fake too ... may be she is not gujju?
