I received my Pyrex mixing bowls in the sixties as a wedding gift. While clearing the back yard garden beds out in 2016, found the biggest. Dirty but no chips or cracks. Washed, soaked and ran it through the dishwasher. Good as new. Amazing.
The Corning Ware with lid is super for cooking/baking/freezing. You can bake chicken breasts or pork chops with seasoned rice, water and some cream of mushroom soup. Put in refrig. to reheat, or remove glass lid, wrap with foil and freeze. Thaw in refrig. reheat in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Top with cheese or bread crumbs. I grab up all the Corning Ware.

At 3:30 above the blue teapot......my dinnerware from 1965...cups...Johnson Brothers FRUIT SAMPLER, long discontinued and only available on ebay or replacements .....oh, my, how I wish I could have been there to scoop them up!!
That’s what I love about thrifting and reselling. Being able to save and reconnect people eight their memories and the things they can no longer get. I hope you come across it soon! 💕
The Kaiser plates were awesome! Thank you for the video, helped me have the thrifting experience since I can't go to the store myself. Love your videos!
Goodwill has raise their prices so much I don’t even buy thanks much in there it’s pretty bad when I can go and get stuff for the same price at Walmart. I’ll never forget I bought dollar lamps at the dollar store the same lamp was in the goodwill and they were selling it for Is the $6.99 .
I can't tell you how many times I pick something up off the shelf in a Unique Thrift store, and see that they've priced it four or five dollars higher than the original sticker price that's still on it! Ridiculous! But so far, at the GW I go to in Chicago, the prices have been pretty low. Sometimes even shockingly low! Not all the time, of course, but most of what I've seen.
I'm glad you will be thrifting teacups and saucers now. I look for them and teapots all the time when im out pickin . They are a big seller for me in my booth. Can't wait to see what you find!
I'm so happy that you were able to find the Butter print bowl. Any Pyrex I have found in, I'll call it our Goodwill store, has been so faded and scratched that I had to walk away. On Saturday, in the same store i found a vintage black and white enamel ware pitcher. Could not believe no one had gotten it. Priced for a person who doesn't re sell.
Fun to see what is available in other parts of the country. Great job filming too. Fantastic info for those that are not collectors or are aware of their worth. Subscribed! 🤗
That fingerprint was a great find. The only piece of NO that I have is the large fridgie WITH the lid💙💙💙 I got it at GW for $7 and ran to the car in delight.😊💓😊
Didn’t know ll bean made dishes. I’m so jealous of your butter bean bowl!! It must of been your lucky day! Weight watchers made dishes too??the nursery planter is so unquie happy you bought it. Thanks for sharing!
I see Johnson Brothers fruit sampler cups on one of the upper shelves. Wish I was there. Bought that pattern for my Mother over 50 years ago. You just picked it up!
Although milk glass is not wanted very much now, I believe everything makes a circle and comes back “IN”. Good milk glass made by quality glass companies will always be collected. The 3 milk glass cordials you picked up with the “I” superimposed over a “G” were made by Imperial Glass Company and are good quality milk glass as is Westmoreland Glass. In my book, quality never goes out of style. There are people out there who will always buy quality glass. Just a little tip from an old Grandmother who has been there and seen that! Thank you so much for sharing your videos. ❤️
Hey there 😊 coming from Positively Geizels channel. I love thrift shopping. You can find some amazing things! I didn't know weight watchers made dinner ware either 🤔. Those napkin rings are cute. I ping stuff too 😂. Thank you so much for sharing. Cant wait to watch that haul 😊 new subscriber 💖
Pat Boyd try Goo Gone, Goof Off Goof Off is industrial strength; it is the super solvent, BUT, is so strong it will dissolve a great number of plastic items. Most clear, polished plastic services will become frosted from just a damp wiping with Goof off. WhereGoo Gone is more of an oily solvent.

I find myself yelling at my phone while watching you pass over so many goodies! Lol. Still a fun watch.
Just found your channel and subscribed. It's super interesting! I love seeing the process you go through :) I just started finding and selling small items from thrift stores and selling them to local antique stores so it's nice to get some tips! I've heard the western Germany stuff can be a good seller! Thanks for uploading!
I’ve been to the Anchor Bar in Buffalo many times just for the wings! I started collecting the blue cornflower pattern just cuz I like it. They never have their lids! Great find on that bowl!
I was wondering if you filmed when you found the Butterprint bowl. 😄 It’s so satisfying to see it sitting on the shelf (if that makes any sense). I’m a big fan of these “thrift with me” videos. Is there any time that you film a trip but don’t post it because you didn’t find anything? I want to do it, but I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve walked out of the thrift store empty handed lately.
Nice Video! I saw a lot of nice things in your Goodwill. I have to go to several Goodwill near me in order to find things and have a good haul. My local Goodwill boosts up their prices as well on a certain item that has scratches and dents.
I used to love goodwill but now the owners have gotten so greedy they insist the workers over price everything . I no longer shop there . There are enough other thrift stores around .
I inherited a large set of the Mikasa "Arabella" ( think 8 place settings) plus many serving pieces. I eventually moved a great distance away and had most everything auctioned. The Mikasa sold fast for $650! I had the auctioneer remove a set of Wedgwood bone china from auction because the bidding was so low and slow and had it shipped it to my new place. One never knows.
Joan Brodie how’s that going for you? Because I need to try harder to stay out of them also. 😜 But, I find that watching these vids makes me want to go even more. Lol

Your goodwill always has really amazing and well displayed items. The ones I'm used to have things crammed in so tight it's hard to focus on what's there! As usual you made some great finds. I have very similar tastes to yours, right down to the color green! Been my favorite color since I was a little girl!
I'm not a reseller, just a hobby collector. I am attracted to lustreware also. I pick it up and admire it then generally try to leave it unless it's something really special. Last weekend I did pick up and take a small, like the size of a deck of cards, lustreware wall pocket. It's cute and I could not resist it. The WW plates were kind of cool. The areas on the plate would be "fill this part of the plate with veggies", this part with lean meats, etc. But no, I didn't know WW put out any dishware.
I love the color green. I would not make a very good resaler, so I would be wracking my brain to find a use for it in my home. Thank you for the information on the fruit corningware mugs, I grabbed two on a whim and want to resell them, but I had no clue what they were.
First time here, why did you ting the cup?? And did I hear you correctly, $8.00 for those LL BEAN plates? I found some a few years back for . 50 each at my good will. And why did I see some ladies shining a fluorescent light at some dishes?? New at all this good will stuff.
I have always found that Mikasa set quite striking..It has always appealed to me. As for Pfaltzgraff I have the white Heritage style and have had it for 30 years and am still unlove with it..I have been able to collect full sets for both my sister and my niece..It is so easy to get pieces at thrift stores.

It also depends on what part of the country you are in too. Makes a huge difference. I can get items out of state for a song, compared to where I live.
I would have loved to have been around to travel on the original Queen Mary or Elizabeth Liners...those were SHIPS, unlike the bloated floating hotels of today. Love Diane Greene's reply...that's my feeling too! Keep up your fine channel!
I feel like we have the same taste in dining ware! Lol. I would've snagged that Pyrex in a second but would've been annoyed at the price. I also collect Pyrex but I'm trying to find the entire Crazy Daisy set and the Autumn Wheat design and yesterday I found the crazy daisy main Cinderella bowl just sitting on a shelf. It made me VERY happy! 😁 But I can tell the difference between Pyrex/Fire King/Glass Bake just from being a lunatic looking through the Goodwill. And I also agree that they mark up their stuff sometimes and it drives me crazy! It's nuts.
So nice to know that I am not the only person who meanders through the thrift store calling out, "Glasbake, Pyrex, Fire King, Corning!" , before picking up an item. And with 95% accuracy.

Oh yes, the dust can be bad sometimes! I feel the newer stuff a lot of us have now is so mass produced it really probably won’t be a “vintage” item someday. It would be more for sentimental reasons. There is just so many things being pumped out these days, that’s what makes the older stuff more special. 💕
I just pull out my phone and check eBay for completed sales. I used to get nervous about doing that but your the buyer and goodwill is making money. They don’t care that you resale. LA
Yes I do check sometimes if I have time. But I have two wiggly energetic toddlers so I need to get in and out in about an hour. I kind of just like to get what draws me in. Thanks for watching! 💕

I cannot go to goodwills too much the dust from all the old stuff bothers my nose bad.
Wow! $8 a plate! That's crazy!
Yes! Bonkers! 🤦🏻♀️
spoon and fork marks can be cleaned off with Comet.
