You put that amber bowl on top of an amazing mid century modern bowl! Omg!!! Stabbed me straight in the heart. Then there was a little saucer with wheat on the edges ..... ugh!!! You’re killing me smalls!
On the Fireking candle glow dish, you can use "Barkeepers Friend" to take it off. It is like comet but not as harsh. It will take elbow grease and a little time, but it works. I saved a pyrex dish like that.
I love the wildflower pattern, too.. darn, I need to keep looking. I do have the small casserole I found and had to buy the lid. Perfect for my husband and me...
Aww the firefighter dalmatians and the family you hold after them would definitely have been my picks. So cool and as you said, makes you think what happened to see such a collection.
I love that striped colorful square plate, I think it would look pretty on a table as a conversation piece. I'm hoping you picked it up. I might could buy it. I also loved the Dalmation with the santa hat. I think I might have picked one of the bigger ones up to leave out all the time. My husband being a retired firefighter I might have gotten the two Dalmations wth the fire gear on them. Love dogs and Dalmations are really pretty dogs with their black spots.
I’m sooooo happy that you picked up that striped plate at around 1:30. I was over here loudly saying “Pick that plate up! I want to see it closer! Yesssss...thank you!!” Hahaha Watching your thrifting videos is like watching a sporting event for me. I really get into it, you know? Hahahahaha
I’ll take any butterfly gold plates you pick up! I can NEVER find good ones so I take what I can get. I’ve gotten most of mine at the bins and they’re pretty sad but it’s all I can find. Bar keepers friend works well on fork marks. Not much you can do for dishwasher dead, but fork marks you can get off. I wonder if it would work on the brown marbling in the inside of that fire king piece you didn’t grab?
I would've picked the train! my 6yr old wouldve loved that incorporated into our Christmas decorations. All that Pyrex! Oh my goodness!! Too bad they were in such rough shape.
Oh I want that wildflower casserole dish!! Maybe it will still be there when it gets to half price! I grabbed a wildflower plate at the bins the other day. It has significant dishwasher wear on it but I had never seen that print before so I grabbed it. I just use the ones that aren’t in perfect condition. Actually I use all of them because I’ve never found any Corelle that’s in collectors condition yet!
I find it kinda funny that this person with the Dalmatian collection may have had a Great Dane in their collection. The dog that was sitting up right and had the chipping on the ears is a Great Dane.
I collect Disney dalmatians and would have geeked out over this. Definitely would have grabbed the first bag and the little one with the clock in its mouth
I love the dalmatian with the Christmas hat, some of the ones that were sitting on the shelf that are porcelain/ceramic looked a bit older but hard to tell. Glad you were able to rescue a few of them. Love the green sugar and creamer. I'm not a huge glass person but those I liked. I also like glass that has gold or silver on it. And recently I am enjoying Amberina glass.
The clear jars with red plastic lids were Maxwell House coffee jars. (I just looked these up on EBay, they are asking $10.00 per jar). It was a special Bicentennial collection. Did they have eagles and typical Americana emblems? If so, that’s the ones. My mother, grandmother and I all bought Bicentennial related things, not because it was the Bicentennial, but my youngest son was born in 1976. Oh, I left my sister out. She purchased a beautiful Bicentennial Christmas ornament for us. So, yeah, we went all out. I loved that set of trays, 3 in the box, new! I have always wanted one and can never find them. I hope you grabbed those? Happy thrifting! 😊👍🏻 Oh, about the Dalmatians, I would have grabbed the bag you picked up from the bottom shelf. It looked like a lot of those had firemen hats and I like those.
Buy all the Dalmatian things. :) I had a Dalmatian growing up named Laura. We had to put her down due to cancer. She was the best dog and they are my favorite dog to this day. Our current dog, I picked her out at the shelter because she has black and white spots.
I picked up several of those items and put them back down, the price they want for the damaged pyrex is nuts! I had that amber bowl in my cart, but put it back !
🔴Haha! After watching like 20 of your videos, it just finally dawned on me why you call your channel, "Nesting Haven!" I think this quarantine is making me slow! 🤣
Oh my goodness, I would’ve quickly grabbed that box of trays if price was decent. I sell them all the time but never in a box! Be still my heart. Loved the Dalmatian train. Fun video.
The jars with the red lids were put out by Maxwell House in the bicentennial 1976. Dalmatians overload!! Lots of corning and Pyrex in that store! Its truly a shame that people put Pyrex in the dishwasher 😟 thanks for the ride along 🌼p.s. finally getting some nice weather here in Connecticut ☀️
Dalmatians: some of the Disney branded stuff could be worth something. Especially if any of the ones in the bags were 90's McDonalds toys. Disney is always collectable 😊
Do you ever have a problem with the tape goodwill uses pulling the finish off? I don’t have a goodwill close by. The thrift stores I use don’t use tape.
I just found your videos! I love this! But im surprised you never turn over the brown pottery and look for McCoy ? McCoy products have a good resale value??? Also the
Yeah I’ve noticed that the goodwill has been jacking it prices up lately. There a 404 yellow primary bowl that’s been sitting in mine for 3 weeks now priced 25.99 it hasn’t moved from the same spot in that whole time. So I’m guessing it’s just not going to sell.
The last time I went i saw all of those Dalmation figurines. My sister in law has had two real ones and my Mother in law had one for herself. The newest one my sister in law has is such a lovable dog, but the other two woah, it was horrible. It seems as though none of the dogs has moved. The one with the blue jacket looks like a Great Dane. I'm going to Goodwill tomorrow because of the Senior discount.
I was able to snag 2 Mikasa Christmas platters for 10 cents each!!! How disappointing about the Fireking dish. If anything with the Dalmations I would have chosen the dad and sons playing with the dogs. I have that tart plate!!!
Your videos are awesome. I am however disappointed with the Goodwills in your area. I work for Goodwill in Michigan and we cannot put anything out that has a chip. We throw everything away that shows heavy use like the pyrex bowl. I always price the dishes as a set which means all pieces that match. You would love my store because it is a resellers heaven.
I live the dog with his butt in the air and his front dropped down with the firefighter hat on..a bigger one. My dog Benny of 23 yrs rip always did that..
Hi Nicole. Love your Goodwill thrift with me videos!! You have the best Goodwill. Mine is pitiful. I did have some luck at a community yard sale this weekend but only for a little over an hour because it started raining. I finally uploaded a video to my channel and I would love for you to watch it. I tried to do a live video during the community sale but I received a message from RUclips that I didn't have enough subscribers wah wah!! ,great video. Pamela
I collect those Visions corning pots.. but I have never found one with box.. you are so lucky..even though it was a bit pricey, I could have pick it up just because the box..
I love shopping with you.. I can get the shopping fix without spending!!!
Window shopping is a lot of fun! I’m glad you enjoy it, Janne! 😊
Me too!
You put that amber bowl on top of an amazing mid century modern bowl! Omg!!! Stabbed me straight in the heart. Then there was a little saucer with wheat on the edges ..... ugh!!! You’re killing me smalls!
The rainbow striped fused glass plate could bring money.
On the Fireking candle glow dish, you can use "Barkeepers Friend" to take it off. It is like comet but not as harsh. It will take elbow grease and a little time, but it works. I saved a pyrex dish like that.
The one on the end was the best , and it was actually a great dane .
I love the wildflower pattern, too.. darn, I need to keep looking. I do have the small casserole I found and had to buy the lid. Perfect for my husband and me...
The "americana" jars were cans that instant coffee came in. I remember them from childhood
Loved that last bowl ❤️❤️❤️
That colorful glass plate was so pretty.
Those jars with the red tops held Maxwell House Coffee years ago.
Hummerfan THAT’S what it was! I knew they looked familiar!
There was some sort of black mask figure thing that was on a top shelf you were looking at with the Dalmatians that looked pretty interesting ;-)
Looked like swamp thing or something, maybe that alien that Kirk (Star Trek) threw a rock at, 😂
KyleeCat S 😂😂👌🏽
Aww the firefighter dalmatians and the family you hold after them would definitely have been my picks. So cool and as you said, makes you think what happened to see such a collection.

Haha that’s awesome! I’m glad I earned points for you! Homerun! 😊
I had 3 sets of the butterfly Correlle dishes I got for a wedding present in 1973. I had to take one back. Lol
Love the green sugar & creamer. I would of definitely picked up the Autumn theme plate.
I loved the Dalmatians. I’m not sure which ones I would have picked up.. all so cute
Have you ever thought of doing a "What sold" video? Would be interesting.
I would have gotten the jars with red lids. Good for food storage in your pantry. Rice, nuts, beans, etc.
I love your videos. It's so nice and relaxing to shop along with you.
I too have a fondness for dishes. And, blue is definitely my favorite
Ohhh...I collect creamer and sugar sets. The green set was beautiful! What's the purpose of those divided baking dishes? I've never figured those out!
Different vegetables! One side can be carrots the other side can be brussel sprouts
The Dalmatians were probably from a firefighters collection. People often give them to firefighters as a sign of good luck. I'd have adopted them all
Coffee jars my mom use to buy coffee in them I think great goodwill
Tang use to have similar with florals. I have 2 from my childhood
I’ll take any butterfly gold plates you pick up! I can NEVER find good ones so I take what I can get. I’ve gotten most of mine at the bins and they’re pretty sad but it’s all I can find.

Pick up the Dalmacian with the saddest eyes, it would be happy on its new home😊😊😊Hello from the Philippines!!!

At 11:30 the bottom plates with flowers, tan color...just gorgeous. I would say that if you come across them again, you should get them.
Love pink things and they sell good for shabby chic and horses sell good.. horse people buy lots of hits thing. The jars had coffee in them .
What a cool colored stripe plate. And I wanted you to grab that pink gravy boat item.
I find it kinda funny that this person with the Dalmatian collection may have had a Great Dane in their collection. The dog that was sitting up right and had the chipping on the ears is a Great Dane.
I hope you got that tray set in it's original box! I drooled when I saw it!
Those tart plates with the pink roses were a free mail order promotion.
I collect Disney dalmatians and would have geeked out over this. Definitely would have grabbed the first bag and the little one with the clock in its mouth
I got a few. I grabbed one of the bags not sure if it’s the one you meant. There were so many cute ones for sure!
The “100” snow globe was a McDonalds Kids meal prize I think. My son has one we used to hang on our Christmas tree when he was little.
I believe the jars with the red lids are copies of the 1960 / 70 s Tang ( orange aid drinks )
🔴Haha! After watching like 20 of your videos, it just finally dawned on me why you call your channel, "Nesting Haven!" I think this quarantine is making me slow! 🤣
Haha I started the channel when I was pregnant and Nesting kinda seemed fitting, home decor, taking care of the home etc. 😊
I seem to be finding more Pyrex platters or serving ware. Love those, cause most are rarely used, so in great condition.
I love that yellow set of dishes.beatiful set. Thanks for sharing.
Awwww I would have gotten that huge Dalmation stuffed animal on left of the third shelf!!!! 😢 I need him!
The Dalmatian collection was soooo cute.
It really was!
Love the green glass sugar and creamer set. My guess is you picked those up! I know I would have! 💚
Thanks Erin! You know me well haha 😊
YES THEY ARE NICE. THEY ARE CALLED KINGS CROWN
Oh my goodness, I would’ve quickly grabbed that box of trays if price was decent. I sell them all the time but never in a box! Be still my heart. Loved the Dalmatian train. Fun video.
I would have picked up all of the Disney dalmatians.
It was tempting!
I wasn’t sure I could justify spending $100 on Dalmatian figurines lol
Ronald Sorenson ME TOO!!!!!
My dog eats out of the candleglow pattern pieces and a friend freaked out when she saw that yesterday. 😆
Memory lane pink and white sugar bowl. I wouldve picked that up. Someone somewhere has the lid and needs the bowl.
Loved that striped plate @ 1:28 marker. Im sure its not old or has any resale value but I sure do like it.
MY HUSBAND AND I ALSO HAVE A BOOTH HERE IN KY....we would have gotten a bag and put a couple of dollars on each piece and they would sell....
Your goodwill has such nice things ours has slim pickings
Dalmatians: some of the Disney branded stuff could be worth something. Especially if any of the ones in the bags were 90's McDonalds toys. Disney is always collectable 😊
That amber bowl with the grape pattern is Carnival glass. It's vintage.
Those jars with red lids came with Tang back in the 1980's
I hope when you counted the dalmations there were 101
Love the Americana jars!
I would likento know when you pick up dishes that are unmached or odd how do you make a set to re sell ?
The X-MAS ONE!!! THE LARGE ONE WITH A X-MAS HAT..👍👍
Do you ever have a problem with the tape goodwill uses pulling the finish off? I don’t have a goodwill close by. The thrift stores I use don’t use tape.
The glassware and ceramics I just soak in warm water for about ten minutes and it comes off easily. 😊
I would have bought the old autumn leaves plate, even though kinda beat up, for myself. I live for autumn. thanks
I love the Amber bowl!.So.pretty.
Some great items, I think that Pyrex dish was in a fire, that’s the only thing I can think of that would leave those marks.
I just found your videos! I love this! But im surprised you never turn over the brown pottery and look for McCoy ? McCoy products have a good resale value??? Also the

I'm really glad you adopted some of the Dalmatians. I would probably still be standing there trying to make a decision 😅
Do you ever pick up Fitz and Floyd?
I feel like I picked up a fitz and Floyd set of tumbling elves once. I want to say they were that brand if I recall.
The last time I went i saw all of those Dalmation figurines. My sister in law has had two real ones and my Mother in law had one for herself. How disappointing about the Fireking dish.
If anything with the Dalmations I would have chosen the dad and sons playing with the dogs.
I have that tart plate!!!
I would have taken ALL the Dalmatian Figurines.
Damage to the Corelle Ware is from microwaving. The older ones are not microwavable.
Great video, many beautiful stuff I lovet thanks for sharing
the americana jars had maxwell house instant coffee in them
Love the Christmas Train
Your store seems expensive. Tang came in my jars. I never buy coffee. I still have a jar or two.
Grandma Sue in central Indiana and Izzi Too
I would have picked up the Visions Casserole, Corelle plates and anything Corningware! ❤️👍🤠
That turkey platter!!
Maxwell house coffee came in the jars. My mom bought them.
Hi do you ever see any 2 or 3 tier cake stands? They are hard enough to get in charity shops
Hope you checked some of the doggies, I saw a few Disney pieces and sometimes there worth some money. ;)
That old plate had a hanger ..
I would have picked up the Disney Dalmatians. TFS
is everyone missing the masonic ashtray?
Can’t wait for video 2
Your videos are awesome.
I am however disappointed with the Goodwills in your area. I work for Goodwill in Michigan and we cannot put anything out that has a chip.
We throw everything away that shows heavy use like the pyrex bowl.

It sounds so nice! Quality control is wonderful. It stinks to get something home and realize it’s damaged. Thanks for watching! 😊
Where in Michigan?
I wonder if you counted the Dalmatians there were a 101.
It was very likely!
Try Mr Clean Eraser on that horrible Pyrex insides!
I collect the blue thistle glasbake. But that's my least favorite piece. Way too many of those and not enough of the casseroles. 😆
I live the dog with his butt in the air and his front dropped down with the firefighter hat on..a bigger one. My dog Benny of 23 yrs rip always did that..
Loved the train,

I know a lady that only had a corning shop
I collect those Visions corning pots.. but I have never found one with box.. you are so lucky..even though it was a bit pricey, I could have pick it up just because the box..
The Disney Dalmatian clock
How are people trashing their kitchenware so much? Hand washing and gentle use aren't that difficult to do...
Bakensoda would have got that out
👍👍👍
