    How do you make glaze or do you have to buy it?

    • @JuanHidalgoMiniatures

      No, I just add water to regular paint till it's very thin. If you have problems, you can use medium instead, but I use just water

    How would you do this with a sword with a groove in the middle, e.g. the new Dark Angels Lazarus model

    • @JuanHidalgoMiniatures
      @JuanHidalgoMiniatures  4 года назад +2

      You can either leave the groove dark or, the best option, invert the pattern of Highlights and shadows on each half of the groove if it's big enough, so it would be something like:
      Shadow -> Light
      Light -> Shadow
      Shadow -> Light
      Light -> Shadow
      Hope that helps

    • @JuanHidalgoMiniatures
      @JuanHidalgoMiniatures  5 лет назад +2

      Its a compromise, recording requires me to adopt a position that is not 100% comfortable so I stop recording once I'm happy with the footage and finish the step.
      Other times I accidentally slip off the frame while painting and can't use those parts.
      I still think the steps are clear though.
      Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for watching!
