this is an amaizing channel, and this guide is not just super good in 2024, but is also excellent for power claws! i will be using this much in the future.
@@seasickpiratestudios9015 i would be honoured to show you. could i ask if you are at all considering creating more guides/ content in general. your videos are really calming and achievable for people who cant afford things such as an airbrush. however i can completely understand if not
As a person of mediocre painting skill who just started a grey knights army where every mook who isn't a servitor has a power weapon this video has saved me countless hours and came out far better than my other attempts at the "just perfectly blend 40 layers of water thin paint techinque"
What a one in a million chance! Click on random vid, hey, I know that guy! He used to come to my old GW store as a kid.........and now I can activly feel the grey hair taking over as I crumble to dust
YES ED!! Just remember mate we’re never too old for toy soldiers. Hope you and the family are well mate 👍👍 many happy memories back in the day sitting around and painting in GW
I love this technique! This has me really excited as a new wargamer. Any plans on making any more videos in the future? You've got real talent and I would absolutely watch!!
I'm wondering, would this technique work with shades of grey and then a contrast color? To build up with various shades of grey instead of red/green/blue and then apply a contrast pain over it instead (or before) lahmian medium?
Thanks Will 🙌 glad you enjoyed it! I’m hoping to get some more videos up soon mate now Christmas and life has calmed down lol 😂 hope your well mate hope to see you in Leicester again soon 👍👍
Nice video, really easy to do, but what is the real effect of lahmian medium at the end? I mean it’s only a medium, dries clear, so what does it leave there? I don’t understand you there.
the medium helps tie it all together and gives a smoother blend between the pigments, its not the most necessary step but i feel it adds to the finished product. really glad you enjoyed video dude.
n b/c games workshop need to keep there steady income up when raises prices ridiculously doesnt work, they'll change the name of every goddamn thing old school names: dark angels green goblin green scorpion green skull white ...played iron warriors...didnt used blues and only used red gore and blood red...they first 2 reds you used awesome tutorial tho...subbed =)

Man this is great. Finally a technique I think I can do as new painter. Not several thin coats and blendings.

Wow !! Amazing results for such an easy process, way better than the endless glazings i´ve seen in other tutorials. Thank you !!
