    Hi mate hope you had a great Christmas. I use the hyper x cloud 2, best headphones I've ever had.

    great review. planning on connecting the virtuoso pro to the steelseries gamedac gen 2 since it allows me to change eq on PS5 and it's easier to drive

      The gamedac Gen 2 cost $130 by it self. You can get a more powerful creative Sound blaster dac with amp for less. If you are worried about software the SteelSeries Sonar software is universal and creative has its own software and you can choose what ever software you want. If you already have the Gamedac Gen 2 it would be a smart move but if you are planning on spending $130 for that little dac when there are better ones for less than it wouldn’t make sense

    gotta love that you spent about half the video talking about the corsair, but not mentioning the tygr's as much... six minutes on the design of the corsairs and alot less than that on the tygrs, but i do note that you pored a bit more ove the beyers in the sound dept, im not really an audiophile guy, but ive used alot of headphones with the creative X g6 headphone amp in games and it even leaving it at stock settings, itll power 250-600 ohms headphones over usb powered bus

    Great review. But I do have to say the 30 frames per second when it came to your face cam and showing off the headset makes for not so enjoyable viewing experience. But besides that great video

      Thank you so much for the feedback, I’ve had some issues with my camera app since it was updated and I am struggling to fix it. My next video is going to be with a different camera but it’s not great.
      Let me know what you think of the next one. 🙏👍

    great review, hesitating between the tygr 300 r or the 560s Sennheiser

    • @ChickenPopGames
      @ChickenPopGames  7 месяцев назад +1

      Personally I’ve not found the Sennheisers good for me, I tried HD58x and PC38X and although they are comfortable they always felt like they had a narrow soundstage for gaming. Of course sound is subjective and everyone is different so please bear that in mind. Thanks you for watching. 🙏

      @@ChickenPopGamesAre the TYGRs easier to drive on a ps5 controller than the 560s? I’ve heard that the 560s even with it’s higher ohm it gets louder on controllers than the tygrs

    • @ChickenPopGames
      @ChickenPopGames  6 месяцев назад +2

      @barackputin Hi, thanks for reaching out, I don’t have the 560’s so can’t comment. The PS5 controller will need to be at max volume to give sufficient game sound, it’s enough just TBH.

    • @Velocity3

      I know this is late but I do have them both because I couldn't decide which ones to buy a few years ago. The 560s are (to me) the best bang for buck headphone behind the edition xs you can get. When gaming it almost feels like you have walls in a sense. The Tygrs are much more immersive because of their production of Bass but even on multiple dac amps they tend to distort at semi high levels. The 560s are so well made that I would blow my own ears off before they distort even a little (I've yet to have them distort). They are both great in their own right but the 560s have such a neutral sound profile that makes them tell the truth in the audio you are hearing. Sometimes you may not like the way a song/genre sounds on them because of how transparent they are. If something sounds bad, blame the audio engineers, not sennheiser basically. The tygrs are well rounded for listening to everything

    What are the Corsair ear pads made of?

    • @ChickenPopGames
      @ChickenPopGames  7 месяцев назад +1

      That’s a great question, it doesn’t specify anywhere the exact material but it’s a very soft fabric that you can where for a long time. It feels premium. Thanks for watching. 🙏

    No need for an amp when they run low ohms

    • @ChickenPopGames
      @ChickenPopGames  4 месяца назад

      It just provides more oomph and does improveme sound quality, the TYGR’s actually work better with an amp.

    • @JTP1982
      @JTP1982 4 месяца назад +1

      @@ChickenPopGames So it does not need an amp and it also depends what equipment you pair it with. But with that low ohms, they can handle it without an external amp

      @brucerunchinuk3369 is nice to show the type of person you truly are but spreading your negativity throughout social media! The hard work and dedication it takes upcoming RUclips’s to gather the knowledge and information on products is hard enough without depressing comments from oxygen thieves such as yourself! How about you go spread your horrible personality somewhere else!
      @chickenpoppers your smashing it! 👍
