[3.24] Tornado of Elemental Turbulence Build | Occultist | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hey guys, here is tornado of elemental turbulence occultist build. Tornado of Elemental Turbulence is a spell skill that creates multiple elemental tornadoes that repeatedly damage enemies around it. It will chase down enemies for a duration.
Build Cost
- High Budget
Combat Focus: Combat Focus jewels prevent specific element Tornadoes from being chosen.
- Using Cobalt and Viridian versions to only chose cold.
Charges: Thanks to Ralakesh's Impatience we always count as having maximum power/frenzy/endurance charges. So we don't have to worry about generating frenzy charges.
Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 4% increased Area Damage per 10 Devotion
- +2% to all Elemental Resistances per 10 Devotion

The video is top notch. The leveling pob is also chef's kiss. The only flaw I could point out is us taking the skill at 34 and the leveling pob not accounting for the jewels so we get tri-element tornadoes when the tree is focused on cold, but nothing that we can't respec into if so wanting.
Great job though, on the guide and on the build.

Leveling with the build I have to say it looks cool and hits hard enough that I have no complaints. But the tornado spawning on top of us instead of the cursor and then so slow that despite the tooltip currently saying 59% I'm outrunning it with 30% means that we end up face tanking mobs.

hi, for the build cost in the description you have it as high budget, but from the pob it doesent seem all that bad, what would you say on average it would cost to throw this together?

I have empower 4 and +1 power charge helmet. That's why I wrote high budget. Budget is probably around 50-60 div.

Phys Defence is very low. Any melee or projectile hit kills you.
