Beautiful rope for hanging a tree swing / decor 🔥 - rightrope.com/use/decorative/
Please be aware: The Yosemite finish only works when you do the bowline exactly like he did. If you go behind left to right it works. If you go behind from right to left, the Yosemite finish don't work.
Always tie an extra knot a foot above the knot. Man law.
Yes! We recommend a stopper knot for extra security:) description has lots of extra nuggets🙌🏻
I’m guessing you tie it the tree with the same exact type of knot ?
I want you to spell out the word bowline. It is not “bowlin” it is “bowline”. Pisses me off how many people say it like that.
What’s the purpose of the Yosemite knot?
I got 100 ft of 1inch promanilla for $37 about to tie up a bunch of swings :)

Thank you! I’m a nana who wanted to make a tire swing for my glider using only rope. Now I can!God Bless!
Granny knot and half hitches until you tun out of rope wotks for me.
I wish I loved in a place where the trees were friendly enough, and big enough, to do tire swings! Having your trees covered in 1 inch or larger thorns all over it makes for unfriendly trees lol
They don’t call you the goat for no reasons
Tie in a figure 8 on a bite, would've looked cleaner too.
That's exactly how i did my kids swing! Even used an old piece of calamine poison ivy. I like to do another bowline around the stem up top then redirect through a fork in a branch below, maximizes strength and eliminates choke points on the tree and it's branches.
