We did not sell Honey the camper! I use it for photo events! I’ve thought about selling it but I can’t get myself to part with it🤍 My dream would be to place it on some land and rent it out for more photo events and overnight stays!

I would take all cushions out and get new. Take off border and wallpaper if you can and start over.

I think taking off the border is a good idea, but not the wallpaper. I've read painting or wallpapering over it are the best ways to go. I found you when you were making over Honey. It sparked my desire for a camper and we finally got one last year and made it over this spring. I'm so excited to see this one. Also, congratulations on that sweet baby boy!!
Take everything out.

Take all the old material stuff out. We did and found new foam mattresses at a local auction and cut them up for new cushions. It was more affordable than buying the foam at the store cuz that stuff is pricey!

My baby is 1 and I personally think (if) the smell wont go away, getting rid of it or cutting them open and replacing the cushions/fabric could help a lot!

Baking soda does wonders for funky smells on cloth furniture! I just got a free couch from Facebook that had a little bit of a funky smell. I got the carpet fresh baking soda and dusted it all over the couch and vacuumed it up. The smell was gone (and it was real funky smelling) !!!
I love all your videos, especially the remodeling ones. Also, Rummikub is on of my favorite board games. It’s so fun once you get the hang of it 😊
Those couch beds are very uncomfortable to sleep on. I had one in the bunk room of our new camper that I took out and threw away. If I were you I would get rid of all the old furniture in there and get something different. I don't think you will get the smell out and they are very old.

I literally stalked her videos trying to figure that out too? I think they might of sold Honey and i missed the update 😞
@@saintamerican6105 she mentioned it briefly in the last video that it was gone and whatever happened stressed her husband out so bad but I don’t know if she shared the whole story.
We did not sell honey. We still have her! We use it for people to rent out for photos. What stressed my husband out was renovating honey because of all of the hidden water damage

We have had various trailers & campers. You are right to get rid of all the fabric - cushions, drapes, blinds...esp with a new baby.

I would take the border off before painting or papering the walls.
I thought about getting new foam cushions for our 1999 camper when we renovated it, but when I priced them, I was blown away by the cost! Luckily our foam was in good shape, so I just recovered them! I watched every video you did on Honey the Camper, and got so many good ideas from you. I just want to say "Thank you!!!" I look forward to your new camper reno videos :)
Have a company come out with a truck mounted cleaning system that does carpet, they clean furniture for the chairs and sofa they sanitize them.

Love watching your journey with this camper! Currently moving into a fith wheel with our two year old and making sure everything is clean is definitely a process 😅 I'd definitely replace the dinning cushion if theres an actual hole but if you can't I think covers would be a good idea. Not sure if a spot cleaning machine would help the sofa but maybe a cover over it with some straps underneath to stay on. I've seen some people do that with their actual camper beds maybe it could help.
I attempted to remove my border and snagged the wallpaper. So we bought shiplap panels and went over it.

You can remove the wallpaper border but don't try to remove the wall paper itself, it will take paint or wallpaper fine as long as it is clean. If you paint, just use a good primer like Kilz first. Have fun!!!
You should try some original fabreeze on the couch and chairs it takes smells like that away
My parents just bought a camper and we couldn’t figure out how to put the bed down either😂 we just figured out u just have to force it down loll
For Honey, did you list it on some website for people to use for photos? How much do you charge per shoot? Is it worth it? Sorry for all the questions just intrigued about that idea.
Redo the fabrics entirely because if there’s moths they will transfer to your house and eat your clothes or anything you bring in there will either smell or be eaten
You can get the sofa bed cleaned by a professional if you want to keep it.
