Why screen brightness at the max for all the phones... Instead use a luxometer and set it at equal nits so that it's a fair comparison... One phone might have a peak brightness of 1800nits and the others peak might be 900 nits which is completely unfair

Not necessarily, I was curious to see how thermals are different in these sizes aswell, That said would want to see GT 2 PRO in the mix
@@sondesix_ are you named Alvin on twitter? Big fan sir.
I have a GT2 Pro with thermal paste changed to Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and my results are like this ; Max 246.686, Avg 225.471, Min 194.881, %83 Stability. The CPU temp was 53C on the test. I dont know why the max score is low compared to others (Performance mode is on)
Keep in mind that the weather is really hot (30 - 32 C propably)
I also played Honkai Star Rail with max settings. CPU temp was 63-64, Battery is 52, and average FPS is 30-45 on open world and 40-60 on battle. No lags even after 1.5 hours. This test made on Penacony Grand Theatre and Sunday boss. For max settings its decent imo.
I was looking for a video like this 😌😌😌thank you brother
Proud Owner of Mi11x with the most stable Snapdragon 870🔥💯
Lol whatever, mine heats after 10 mins of bgmi, hitting around 47°C. 870 is good, but idiots at Xiaomi didn't bother to give proper cooling.
@@aldenfarias4873 Mine doesn't heat much..Every phone has different different bugs..I bought this phone because of SD 870 not for miui..And at that time Mi11x was the cheapest phone with sd870..But if you play at HDR Extreme then any phone will heat.. Also remove back cover before playing game..
@@Saahilll i guess what he is trying to say here is 11x doesn't have any cooling system like some mid range phone under 30k... therefore heating is gonna be natural at intense gaming session.
@@Saahilll The S20 FE 5G would have been a better choice
@@venator7889Price is higher
Would like to see the same set of tests being done on Realme GT 2 PRO, same processor just a World record of 9 layers of cooling. Cool to see if that makes any difference for the 8 Gen 1.
Damn 🔥🔥🔥 Samsung is balanced between throttling and temperature control
OPPO Did an amazing job with the Find X5 Pro.
Who is here after nothing phone 2 included 8gen 1
Very interesting...need more videos and more mobiles for similar comparison.
Hope Iqoo would be back with good cooling and software optimizations in the next model
Amazing Test Video Bro 👍🏻👌🏻
The 8 gen 1 can reach its full potential in the gaming phones of this year
its about throttling bruh
@@j0ps-xfx thats why he said it would shine in gaming phones since those have inbuilt fans thus lowering the temperature thus preventing throttle to an extent
@@riceflakes498 even redmagic can't handle the heat of 8g1... They're the best in cooling on gaming phones.... I don't think rog could control the throttle of 8g1 bcoz they can't even control 888+ 's heating issue..
@@j0ps-xfx they will figure it out
Proud new owner of a Moto Edge+ 2022 (Moto Edge 30 Pro this video).
Never really thought about things like throttling with phones until this video (As an HTC guy, my HTC M9 with the 810 was infamous for this, despite my nit having any issues).
I will definitely keep this in mind when retiring my Moto Edge+ 2022/Moto Edge 30 Pro in a few years.
Liked and subscribed!!
same bro i have moto edge 30 pro and today I run antutu test and it cross 1 million mark 1011854 moto beat Iq9 pro
I have a IQOO 9 pro as my daily driver. It's super fast may be because day to day tasks won't be bad as mentioned in video. I was worried after seeing that 75°C drain test result from TechNick. But I have never seen this phone heat that close to 41-43°C while charging. But I have a question about the charger though, does all 120W bricks make slight high pitch sound when connected to device?
Yeah
When charged it produced small sound
Really good and informative video 👍
Why screen brightness at the max for all the phones... Instead use a luxometer and set it at equal nits so that it's a fair comparison... One phone might have a peak brightness of 1800nits and the others peak might be 900 nits which is completely unfair
Moto does a incredible job in moto edge 30 pro
Expected Iqoo to be the best but surprisingly it isnt, not so good coz its the most gaming centric of the ones present
Awesome Job, u guys worked hard for this!! The moto seems to do a really good job!!
Can you do the same for the SD 888,865 smartphones as well? It will be interesting to see the throttling results as well.
They already have a snapdragon 888,865? I thought the last of the 800 series is the 888. Didn't know they're already at hundred thousands.
Good job man, nice effort 👍🏼
IQ009 wasn't worst in first 20 thread 15 minutes test because other phone kept there performance low in the starting. And if you look at its average score 270k it's actually more than any other device.
You have to look at the scores too.
The temperature was enough the deal breaker for me
@@abhaskumarpalo3165 What matter more to you?
Performance or the temperature?
Great video! Thanks for the effort! 👍👍
Would love to see a battery drain test as well between these 8 gen1 flagships.
Never expected so good from oppo lol
But it's done a great job have to say it 👍
Hey buddy ...seariously awesome test ...🔥
S22 and Ultra will get better and more optimized with the updates. Unlike the rest of them.
They will also eventually kill the phone with updates to force consumers buy new one
@@sidghurye yup
@@sidghurye the s21 ultra now runs better then last year after the January patch
@@sayvabie1056 It can go other way in future patch. I'm saying it's becoming a trend in these flagships (not just samsung) to ruin older phones when new one is about to launch.
@@sidghurye i hope they don't force update phones cos after 1.5 years
Updated basically = let's slow down your phone a bit
