- We freaking did it and I can't thank you all enough for the support and kind words through the journey. I'm sorry my videos weren't the most descript most of the time but there were a lot of times I thought "nah, this one is for me" and didn't fill you homies in on all events. Congrats to the both of you for a great achievement. As an older person my advice to you is to keep doing these adventures when you are young.
Wonderful accomplishment. Congratulations to both of you. You stayed the course and finished. As others, I loved the way you both held hands and walked together the last few yards and touched the monument together. Having hiked that section decades ago, I feel you did a great job depleting the beauty. And I appreciate the enthusiasm you displayed for the beauty in my state. Same here just a bit younger but still having to work full time and this is my only way to get away from it all right now! Thankfully these guys took us along for all the good and the bad and the beautiful!

Congratulations!!! I'm so excited for you guys. What an incredible journey and accomplishment. It was awesome getting to hike and camp with you and Honeybear early on in your hike. I wish I could have finished the trail this year. It's still on my radar! Hey, I'm a Realtor in San Antonio and can hook you up with the best agents in Austin when you're ready to buy a house, so keep me in mind. Good luck transitioning back to "real life".
