Giza 1, part 1: Cairo highlights (Tahrir Square, Nile, Cairo Tower, Zamalek, Giza border)

My first Giza trip shattered my 2-day old record of most intense inline skating trip ever. Part 1 of this trip led me from Tahrir Square to El-Gaala Bridge, a crossing between Cairo and Giza (the hometown of the pyramids). I decided to dedicate this first part to some Cairo highlights, you know: the touristy stuff. Tahrir Square, the magnificent Nile (longest river in the world) and its two parts, Zamalek peninsula, the Cairo Tower and the border between Cairo and Giza governates. Bonus 1: check out the insane stuff some Cairo inline skaters do. Bonus 2: a short video showing the modest New Year's celebration at Qasr El Nil Bridge. Bonus 3: a small preview of my upcoming symbolic skating trip at the Giza pyramids.
