- Do you remember Pikmin 2.5? You don’t. Nobody does.
This video showcases the content of a supposedly unreleased game, Pikmin 2.5, which would take place between 2 and 3.
What we know about the game:
- The plot was similar to Pikmin 3, with three characters following Olimar’s path on PNF-404.The main character’s names were Connie, Rodrick and Mike, themed around different land vehicles (Connie - convertible, Rodrick - hot rod, Mike - motorbike). The “themed names” idea would be later brought back in Pikmin 4, where the character’s names were dog-themed.
- Green Pikmin were described as “Parasitic”, and could be thrown like a spear. When thrown at an enemy, they lodged themselves into its body taking control over it. They were supposedly the origin of Bulbmin (Green Pikmin infected a Bulborb). Green Pikmin could originally connect together to form a bridge, thought this ability isn’t present in the game itself, and regular bridges appear instead.
- Grey Pikmin were covered with hair, so they could withstand cold climate. Aside from that, they were also immune to being eaten, as any enemy would simply cough them out.
- Orange Pikmin were very small and weak, though they could walk on walls.
- Rock Pikmin would also make an appearance.
- Feral Candypop Buds ate the Pikmin that were thrown into it.
- Fiery Wollywog might be related to the Young Fiery Wollywog from Hey Pikmin.
- Burrowing Snarrow, mentioned in the Burrowing Snagret’s description, would make an appearance as a boss. It would be accompanied by Snachiks (possible inspiration for Pikmin 4’s Downy Snagrets).
- Scaredy Slugbug would normally be above ground, but when it saw Pikmin or leaders approaching, it would burrow into the ground, but would later cautiously poke its head out to survey the area. When attacked, it would burrow again to regenerate health.
- Shearmites were Sheargrub-like enemies with their name alluding to termites. They could only be damaged by Rock Pikmin.
- Fanged Water Dumple was meant to appear in the waters of a jungle-like area, so they probably were like piranhas.
- The Sealborb was not actually a seal-like Bulborb, but a seal-like Breadbug, similar to the Dwarf Bulborbs.
- Bosses include the aforememntioned Burrowing Snarrow, as well as Shiny Long Legs, Butterbug, Translucent Wollywog, Telescoping Pumphog and Bilious Bulborb. The last three appear as robots in Pikmin Adventure from Nintendo Land, but the Bilious Bulborb is a miniboss, and the Pumphog is a regular enemy.
- Because of this, the game might actually be later reworked into Pikmin Adventure.
(this is all fake, I made this video for fun)
Walker Dumple 😭🥶
I saw that and went HELL NO!
Im scared of how legit most of them look.
most of them are mods, edits and others are just leftovers in the pikmin files (i know what you mean but idk, you're right)
Some of them are cut enemies for pikmin 3
@@lechaosadminsome are cut enemies from pikmin 2 also
the feral candypop bud is called a zampongi or something like that and goes unused for pikmin 3
Pikmin 4 in an alternate universe:
Green Pikmin are similar to "Dart Pikmin" from the video "Pikmin Hybrids".
The green pikmin in pikmin 4s files is called the bean pikmin

Gizmo835: I love spreading false information on the internet!
we need all of these enemys in pikmin 5 with the grey pikmin NOW
for those wondering the yellow bulborb was seen in early pikmin 2 footage, and is an early version the hairy and snowy bulborb, the obsidian wollywog is from pikmin 3's, is actually called the crystal maro frog, hey! pikmin has an enemy called the wollywog, the burrowing snarrow was mentioned in pikmin 1's staff roll, pikmin 2 and 4's snagret entries, and the design is based on early test footage in pikmin 1 where you can see a snagret with a beach colored body which could a snarrow or an unfinished snagret, the slugbug and shearmite where both unused from pikmin 3, the slugbug is actually called kakureimu and would've with a bait mechanic, the shearmite would've hop on to an enemy to protect them, and the concept art is real it is from the 2014 seminar notebook, so thats all the thats real everything else false
I see comments about this being fake, and comments about it being real
if you guys couldn’t tell this is fake
It's still pretty cool tho!
What do you mean? This is 100% real, no one would render custom models of Pikmin.
It’s real real very real /j

wait really? Cool!
Most of them are fake, the feral candpop bud, obsidian wollywog, scarey slugbug, and sheatmite are all real.
The orange pikmin just look ridiculous tbh
Walborb and Sralborb are my favorite
nahhhh bro why they got the walker dumple looking like brump from my singing monsters 😭😭😭😭
1:15 Oatchi...?
Pikmin 5 leaks new creatures 😂😂😂
I GOT JUMPSCARED WHEN BUTTERBUG WAS JUST LIPIDON
How is he scary it's just bytter
i love the pikmin community's gaslights- i mean most certainly real but unfortunately lost media, fiddlebert and pumpernickel are definitely not holding guns to my head as i type this out.
I know it's a troll video, but just in case, all these enemies are just unused ones from Pikmin games that we know about or are photoshops. No evidence of this game existing is real for anyone who doesn't know. Nintendo jad no reason to make a 2.5 anyways.
There should be a creeping chrysanthemum that looks like un-plucked Pikmin
The enemy section is pretty cool with lots of ideas.
Holy shut the description
1:10 when the chaos emerald becomes sentient
I love the orange pikmin omg
this is actually real, it’s just scrapped assets from pikmin 2
I miss the original 2.5 mod by pidi64:/
OMG Pikmin 5 Leaks
GREEN PIKMINAN REAL
This seems very fake
Yea it is but idk
Look at butterbug at 1:15
