When people see Asian, they would guess if "you are Chinese". Actually, there are many Asian countries. Vietnam is one of them. I hope more people can have the sense of diversity when they watch this video. Michelle is a qualified ambassador of Vietnam. Super love her.

Michelle's voice and narration makes everything! Whenever listening to hear, it makes you want to listen because it sounds so inspiring and real. I cant explain! Hopefully they make new videos with Dom!

How wonderful it is to be able to try all these different types of foods that make up the vast gastronomy that exists in Vietnam. I can truly see the love and pride you have for your country. I'm Peruvian, there's so many different types of foods that I haven't had the chance to try yet, but I someday will try to travel solely to try all the delicious food that makes up Peruvian gastronomy. You're so inspiring Michelle!
Currently on my trip to Vietnam right now. I'll be coming home in 2 days and I think I will miss this so much. Everything is just so amazing especially the food. I tried most of the food that she ate in Vietnam and she's not exaggerating. It's freaking delicious and cheap.

this video just gave me LIFE !! I may be biased when I say Vietnamese food is one of the best cuisine in the world, but like Michelle said, there are so many flavor and depth in it! every dishes taste different everywhere you go. You have this mouthful of greatness and nothing went wrong! As a study abroad student, I just literally cry inside while watching this :(

Nowadays there are a lot of public washrooms out side, such as supermarkets, bookstores, malls, parks, convenient stores, e.t.c. And from each food store, restaurant and street food store usually have a washroom also. Lol
Your body needs time to adjust to the local microbes, expect to get sick the first week anywhere in the Third World.

I love this video! I'm from Vietnam but I moved to America; I missed all the delicious food they have in Vietnam. My favorite drink is the sugar cane juice, Mi Xao, Bun and plenty more. It shows other people that there is more than Pho, and I really hope this inspires people to try Vietnamese food! It's really good! It's fun that I can understand what you are saying/writing in Vietnamese. :)
I went to Vietnam 2 months ago for 1 whole month and it was an amazing experience to see my whole family and to take in all the culture and amazing sites, views, and foods. This video shows all that! I hope to go back there and create more memories. -Jany 😍😝🤗🇻🇳🇨🇦

Are there any vegan Vietnamese food that I should try in my lifetime?
I am Vietnamese and I love vegan dishes. There are vegan versions to most the dishes in the video. The trick is you have to find the right Vietnamese vegan restaurants. That depends greatly on where you live.
Many Vietnamese dishes are flavored with fresh herbs and vegetables. You can remove the meat portion of the dish and it will most likely be just as flavorful :)

there are places that make vegan cha gio (usually, like in this video, it has small amounts of meat) but they taste almost the same and they're amazing :)
Vietnamese vegan food is the best! It's everywhere. All of the meat food that you can find in Vietnam, they have the same kind of food but they are all vegan. Every place that has the name "Chay" you can be sure that it's vegan. There are a lot of good vegan restaurants in Saigon too
