How we can avoid termite have to take any precautions. Do I need to instruct carpenter. Is there something polish/to avoid the termite. Ultimately the wood should have longer life. 4) If water is Frequently contact wood. The wood will damage how we can avoid. 5) Please suggest any other suggestions about precautions 6) Which Declaom sheets are best to avoid any issues.(Water/tissues/termite.e.t.c) Please suggest. i think prlywood would be better, but MDF would probably fit that roll better then both. alot if people make sub boxes and even alot of hifi speaker boxes with MDF

In the video you mentioned ply wood is costly. But per sq feet rate is only 20 to 110 rs where as block wood 45 to 180rs . In that case how plywood is costly ?
