thanks for the video, I always recommend this video to our customers, we are a concrete block machine manufacturing company.
Great job brother

Only for partitioning

Very good and very nice bro
Which brick better for home ?
Hello, can you do a video on Interlocking Bricks. It's advantage and disadvantage and is it good for high rise buildings
Interlocking bricks, are heavy, dry density is almost 1850kg/metre cube. For high rise building, you can put interlocking bricks, but it is not much recommended for its density being so high. If you are planning to put solid concrete, interlocking brick is a better alternative. For AAC brick I think the only plus point is the light weight. It's comprehensive strength never goes beyond 3MPa. Solid concrete or interlocking bricks can achieve almost 10MPa.

In this Which One is best For long Life?
Last point, cost, you explained how you can save cost during construction with aac, but aac is actually expensive while purchasing itself.
Brother overall you can save money because of its light weight and big block you can stand your wall in less time ....
Your cement is also use less because of its size
Which one is good
Whether AAC block wall could be used without plastering. This is crucial information required.
Brother please let me know about AAC blocks cannot be used for load bearing stucture this what taught? Please explain me in brief? Thank you for this video
Yes. AAC Block require different kind of BEAM structure. It's must

Hello Binod, we are the manufacturer of AAC brick, you can add my Whatsapp: 0086 13386456156 so I can send more running vedios to you, tks
I want to know one thing, sir.
Whether AAC blocks wall is weaker in strength as compared to clay bricks wall ?
Absolutely! AAC block walls are very weak and they can collapse in heavy wind. Easily be cut using a hand saw
how is product that requires more special processing, and more specially processed ingredients, including aluminum, and adhesive, more "green"? anyway, where are the videos showing actual seismic tests? or impact tests of these walls of blocks glued together with no internal interlocks? where are the longest term test results of aac degradation over time? what are all the chemicals/ingredients, including in the adhesive, and do they release from the block over time? how much does the metal in the blocks degrade wifi/cellular signal? what is the conductivity of the blocks with metallic additive? is it metallic enough to create capacitance/currents with parallel electric cabling like in ships hulls, requiring ungrounded electrical system?
Where get it from aac block
please define cost for AAC block how we can save steel up 15% & Concrete up to 7 %
super
Thanks for this video sir. I constructed ground floor with red bricks. Can I continue the first floor with AAC blocks..?
Yes, with out any hesitation.
Yes you can but they are not strong and also the house will feel very hot 🥵 in summers. You better choose CONCRETE BLOCKS OR RED BRICKS
@@gajulagopinath5471 no there is a misunderstanding AAC blocks are good insulators which means cold during summer and warm during winter.
A lot of people talk about AAC blocks but nobody has a clue on where to purchase them in Texas or in the nation. You should do a video on where people can get this great product especially for Carver's like me, thank you so much for the great presentation.
Call hebel-usa. They're based in TX. They import Xella from Mexico. Xella is top quality block
Excellent. Your method of presentation in superb. Well classified, & equipped with all required information along with images, video, which is a must for well understanding.
Almost all of your video are most important. Every new builders, who ate non civil engineer s, mus go through all these videos.then only they will learn atleast basic concepts of civil engineering & it's intricacies involved. Without knowing basic aspects of 🏠 construction, if any embarks, it's just like dying into river without knowing swimming. Their dream house will not come into reality.finall they will land up in pur of poor quality materials, poor design, improper space utilisation, all theses will lead to bad construction.
I hope, the people like you, doing excellent service in eliminating, ignorence, bad construction practices, by posting well informed videos to the society at large. Hope we will definitely make use these knowledge in our constructions.
It's the whole society is benefiting, by creating awareness in them against poor construction practices , & materials.your efforts are countless, so keep posting.
Thanks a lot.
Really nice video
Which one is best
hi, is there a difference between AAC blocks and cinder blocks?
Yes, a big difference
@@dlorien7306 thanks for your reply. In my understanding an AAC block is significantly weaker/easier to break than a cinder block? Is that correct?
AAC can cut in heating and cooling cost as it is partially insulated but concrete pillars are recommended in frame of house .please confirm if i am right
여기는 한국입니다
I build with AAC in Korea
Thank you for the good information
Thanks for your video. Please suggest Red brick vs concrete block. which is better and inexpensive for house construction?
Concrete blocks
Good
Should we use AAC for Home construction.
AAC blocks are recommended for high rise buildings... For low rise building AAC blockwork shall be costly as compared to red brickwork. Also u need to check quality of AAC blocks n red bricks u r getting near your site.
@@engineeringmotive6669 thanks..
AAC block is good if ur house is rcc. Not recommended at all for load bearing structurrs
Rcc mean
Jijo Rajaji reinforced cement concrete
The compressive strength of solid concrete blocks after 7 days typically ranges from 7.5 to 12.5 N/mm²
Which one has more standard life...? 🤔
AAC
AAC
how mch weight more /be specific
Can we use AAC blocks in school building
Yes

Tell the difference between brick house and thermocol house
But you forgot to tell the most important disadvantage of AAC that is crack
What ??
Concrete blocks cracks a lot more
The MAIN reasons for cracking walls is usually the base of the walls becoming uneven - when some parts sink down into the ground. With that understanding, the important thing is to ensure that the Foundation is built to the utmost best standards. AAC Blocks, since they are much lighter in weight, will not cause some parts of the foundation to sink as much as the Cement Blocks usually do due to their heavy weight.
Doesn't AAC blocks cause aluminium poisoning?
Eu trabalho com bricks aqui no Brasil
Where to find thease AAC blocks and solid concrete blocks.
