Solid concrete bricks are high load bearing ( because of crusser dust) . Less cement the strength will come by pressing load. Avalable every were Water cured Size : 12 x 8 x 4 Weight : 16 to 20 kg @ block or brick Flyash brick also same as above. Less cement . Here no crusser dust or baby chips. They will use flyash. And same pressing. Water cured Size : 3" x 4" x 9" - 3 to 4 kg each 3 " x 5 x 9 - 5 - 8 kg each Red brick or burnt clay brick or country brick It will make will soil. And wood waste and black powder. The strength will come by fireing. Fireing with wood or railway coal. How much heat u manufacture will give that much strength u will get. Sizes : 3" x 4" x 9" = 3 to 4kg each 3 x 6 x 9 = 4.5 kg to 6 kg each AAC ( autoclaved aerated concrete) Raw matrials. Cement 50 kg to 100 kg per cm3 . Flyash 300 to 350 kg. For cutting the block easy and stength gupsum used around 15 kg. And lime and aluminum powder ( danger one) for. Reaction. Aerated means it will come up by reaction. With lime and aluminum powder with heat process They will cut it put it in autoclaves for steem cureing Other wise all blocks will get cracks. For strength they give high preaser steam cureing. Sizes : 24" x 8 " x 3 / 4 / 6 / 8/ 9 Costum sizes also avalable Weights : 4" - 6-9 kg 6" -8-12 kg 8" - 10-14 kg 9" - 11-15 kg Problems: When fire at home hydrogen gas will be released. Kitchen is also open with just platform in one end of the room and wardrobe above & beneath. What will be the costing?
