I just made overnight oats, threw some chia seed in there and then decided to go with some ground flax as well. I wonder how it will be in the morning!
I made today oats breakfast; at night i soaked almonds, walnuts, cashew then seperate bowl in which one piece of fig , raisins,dates , chia seeds , sunflower seeds and flaxseeds ❤ then cooked it with oats it was delicious

Flaxseeds in this amount should always be ground. I grind them fresh using a coffee grinder.
