Trayvon Bromell - Exclusive Interview

In this exclusive interview for Spirt of Sport, one of the most exciting talents in track and field - Trayvon Bromell - reflects on his upbringing in Florida, discusses the positive rivalry with his fellow US sprinters Fred Kerley and Marvin Bracy after they swept the 100m at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. Bromell also deciphers how you approach running a 9.6-second 100m including the science of sprinting as well as what mindset is required.
Bromell is a two-time World Championships Bronze medallist, the sixth fastest man of all-time over 100m and was the first junior to break the 10-second barrier over the same distance.
