  • An 18 min Pilates based session focusing on the lower body. Grab a mat and a flexband if you have one (though not crucial). This workout works through the various lower body components, including feet, calves, thighs, glutes, hamstrings and all the supporting muscles. As with most Pilates sessions, core stability (working the abs) is also given careful attention. Follow along and enoy!
