      I was proud for following through! I'd say the most challenging for me was the leg circles after the toe taps. For some reason, I couldn't keep my leg fully extended.

    This is the first Pilates exercise I’ve ever tried and it was so good. It was chill but there was still a bit of a burn

    Do you have any advice/videos on how to be more flexible? I always find it hard to stretch on certain exercises

      Working on strengthening your current range of motion will help you to build up strength & flexibility long term! I don’t have specific videos for flexibility - but just keep practicing as you get stronger so many things will improve!
