Such a beautiful witch's cottage! Really cool! It will be a perfectly fitting (and more remote?) place for her (I forget her name) to plan out her little schemes and to live out her evil plans. 😊
We did it fam, we got Tea to say "storybook" correctly 😂 I love all the paneled walls and the colors you chose. The whole thing is so beautiful. I wish I had your patience to build and decorate.
What a beautiful lot! I love the whole story behind it, and it definitely gives Hansel and Gretel witch vibes! I did see you try a few ideas for edging the path to the front door, one thing I love to use for irregular garden borders is Windkeeper’s custom built aquarium stones, maybe check those out!
Oh my goodness, this is adorable ❤I love the connection you made to the witch's house in Hansel and Gretel - I can totally see the vision with that deceptively charming flowered path leading up to the front door. I also adore the way this house ended up looking like it would fit in perfectly with the other ts3 houses in Moonlight Falls! It was the same kind of quirky charming with a dark undertone as is seen in that world. This was my first time actually seeing the Grid Adjuster in action, not just reading about it, and it's such a cool tool! Wow! I saw you put in two different types for stairs at the front porch, and I suppose that has to do with routing? I read that large dogs need to have four steps or a teleportation staircase in order to be able to route onto a two step foundation - was that what you did, put in a teleportation staircase to the sides that you made invisible? Your work with the roof was especially impressive in this video! You're so good at working with roofs in your builds, but this was was a work of art! I really enjoyed this! I bet your witch will feel right at home 🥰
Hey Ani, thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the build 😊 yeah those stairs that I made invisible should allow large dogs to pass up and down onto the foundation, although I THINK I might have made a mistake with it and should have put the stairs on before using grid adjuster, not after 🤔 and then made them invisible... that will need some testing lol. I haven't played a heap of Moonlight Falls in TS3 but I'm glad it looked like it would suit! The quirky charming with dark undertone is 100% what I was going for so I'm glad that came through 😁 Roofing in Sims 2 always gives me as much pain as it does pleasure but I did really enjoy how this one turned out! The extra pop of CFE height on the tower made all the difference I think 👌
I am not sure if I recall correctly, but I think you need to add some floor tiles above roof, otherwise sims will complain when it's raining inside... But I am not sure 😅
@@danielaescobar6069 loads of practice and frustration 😅🫠 some skills with CFE help too. I do have a tutorial on basic roofing if you want to take a look

Louise! You said it at the end. 😄
Loved the little glimpse of your wedding on your PC background screen! 😊
Interesting build, I enjoyed watching it come together. 👍
Haha thanks, I always forget that I have those pictures on my desktops and then I make videos that show the screen like, oops! Oh well 😅
Ugh this is beautiful! I love cottages. They're so cozy looking! Good job on this one! ☺️
Girl I could watch you build all day!!!

Not if there's a roof piece 😊 only if there's no roof at all
@@TeaAddict oh, good to know then! I missed so many times where I could have made a cool roof then... 😅
So so sosoosososoos gorg!

How do you build roofs so easily? Eveytime i try i get an error and spend an hour trying to place roofs like this.
