Here in Oregon we are just starting Fall, and not really looking forward to Winter. But I am enjoying the SDV 1.6.9 on the console. You should check it out for just yourself. When I first learnt about merging CC. The biggest mistake I made ... was including the collection file. At the time I didn't really use the collection feature but now I've come to like and I regret my mering my collection files in with CC. My Collection folders in game now are MESSED UP! Big time ... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ok first of all, before I forget - LOVE the thumbnail. Just gorgeous ❤Wow, Beth, I absolutely adored this video. I actually tried to watch it on the side while playing sims at first, but realized that that I was missing too much and had to give it my full attention. This hood sure is PACKED with lore and I'm so here for it. Thank you for showing this off! The families and sims are all so cool, but oh my god the houses are little works of art. That witch's hut took my breath away, but other favorites were the fishers' house by the river, the sheep farmers' house and that new restaurant lot you had just built. It sounds like so much fun playing with those random scenarios and with the live chat deciding on things, but I also adore your own ideas for things and how you have taken little bits and pieces of info and turned it into really in depth stories. Huge kudos for all of the work and heart you've put into this. What an incredible accomplishment ⭐

I love these videos, Beth! My favourite game is The Sims 2 but I will always have fond memories of my time on The Sims 3. This is such a nostalgic series to watch for me! I only used LotAdjuster for rowhouses, fake buildings and to add two roads in a house, but boy it has so many features!! It's amazing what a simple tool like this can accomplish. Great tut and very lovely buildings!😁 I can only build squares lol

Do you know if this can be used on beach lots?? I'm creating a custom neighborhood, but I can't place downloaded lots. They don't "fit" on the terrain. I was wondering if there's any kind of mod that fix beach lots

I had the same situation with my besr friend since 5th grade. I couldn't make up my mind because he was my best friend and I didny want to lose him. Finally I woke up and realized he was my person. 8 years married, 5 beautiful babies and one on the way, and both of us going through med school, It was my best choice. I should have made the choice back when we started college instead of waiting and being nervous. I hope Lucy does the same!

I hope Alex "finds" Bella and she comes back into the game. I hope she shows up at the mansion and boots out Dina. Because if Bella comes back it would mean Dinas marriage would be void and she wouldn't have any stake to the mansion or money. Other than what was left for her son.

I did not know that having less tiers of subfolders makes it load faster, this was a very nice kind of all encompassing helpful video. although I'd used tumblr before, this helped me get more comfortable with it for sims downloads😊

Does the lot adjustment also works if we want to remove lot? I want to remove (destroy) lot i've been build (just build it, no sims lives there yet) and build a fresh start. Can i use this too or there is another way to do it?

It used to drive me nuts when kid sims would go into the bathroom when their parents were in the bathroom. Now I'm a mom, and I'm like "yep that's normal" lmao

Also, your comment "The Watcher is actually encouraging this, if we're being honest" regarding the secret brothel absolutely killed me 😹 I hope you don't mind if I share some notes I made while watching the video, since the happenings of the old Midiville vods are still quite fresh in my mind, and I thought it could maybe help you? Hyland family: Landan Hyland actually died in a kitchen fire in episode 67, not because of a ROS (unless you resurrected him at some point?). Ornelle's death isn't in the old vods, but the birth of Willow Fishere's last babies, the twins Fisk and Aleyn, is in episode 94, and Willow survives while Ornelle isn't even there for the birth, and this happened in the old Fishere house, so Ornelle couldn't have died then. Fishere family: Matilda Fishere died in a fire, yes, but it was a random kitchen fire, not a ROS. Matilda's brother Finley died in the same fire, but he was saved from death by one of his parents, and this happened in episode 77. Hedley Fishere actually died from the flu, which happened after another kitchen fire that luckily didn't claim any sim lives in episode 94. Willow's death isn't in the old vods, but she did survive long enough to see the twins grow up into toddlers in their new yeoman house. Bird family: It was actually Donnie who murdered Harlow in the tavern, and then I suppose Donnie had to pay for his crimes with his life since he got caught. You got the ROS when playing Sadie and Donnie's household in the last old Midiville vod in episode 95. Man that was a fun storyline and I would have loved to see how Donnie's trial played out, because that sadly didn't make it to the vods. The Pirate family: Just a quick note on why Mabel had a memory of having Ruth which was because when you created the family in CAS, the game wouldn't let you accept the family before making the teenagers related to the adults, so you made Ruth related to Mabel and Frederick to Jon. After moving them onto the lot, you broke the relations with SimBlender, because you actually didn't want any of them to be related. Mercer family: This is a tiny thing which can be seen in the video from the ages of the kids, but Sonny is the youngest kid, who was born on his own, and Atticus is one of the triplets. Traveller Camp: Not really a note, just me wondering what ever happened to the father of Charlene's baby, Terrance Clay, who I thought was surely going to want to marry the mother of his child as a family sim. He didn't die in any of the old vods, so maybe an unlucky ROS claimed his life? Anyways, I'm very excited to see more of Midiville in the streams to come! (oh and I'm weslee3 on twitch, just have a different name here on youtube!)
