I think the Pleasentview people would be very hesitant to accept a deserter into their midst. After all, he plans on betraying his faction. Who is to say that he will not do that to them as well?
Worth pointing out that this quest doesn't grant you two psylink neuroformers along with the fugitive! They only tell you the location of a facility where they are kept (guarded) that you have to raid within 1 year or lose them.
When you zoomed in on Lucy's duster I noticed the kitchen was starting to get dirty and was worried about food poisoning 😩. Might be best to set Alex to clean the Home Area for the time being, until a new recruit (or child haha) comes in.
The empire is the strongest faction you can ally with, I think. I don’t think it’s usually worth it to fight them for an unknown colonist, especially since I feel like it’s good to be *very* selective about which colonists you accept. A bad colonist is worse than no colonist.
Ha ha, I also constantly get surprised by random inventory being stored on my shelves. I try to remember to set storage rules straightaway when I place the initial blueprint, and link them to existing groups as needed. But there's always a shelf that slips under the radar, and next thing I'm wondering how a pawn on a binge or tantrum got to my luciferium. >.>
You will get 2 more cases of food poisoning, I'm afraid. You set them up to cook in batches of 4 meals. The food poisoning chance rolls per batch. So, 2 more to go 😞 Food poisoning chances due to dirty cooking area can also be reduced by quite a lot. First, the butcher table has a built-in dirt factor of -15, if the wiki is correct. You don't want that in your kitchen, consider putting it somewhere else. Second, the only person regularly entering the kitchen should be your cook. Currently, a lot of dirt is tracked into the kitchen by people walking through it to get their meals. I suggest making the kitchen a dead end room off of the freezer. Nobody should be walking through it except your cook.
Oooo can't wait for a baby! Seems like the Empire is good to have on their side. I was wondering, do you think it would be possible to play this game in a way where you don't hunt harmless creatures, even if its challenging? It wouldn't put me off playing, like I'd sparingly hunt in Skyrim with survival mods for example, but if it is possible to play like that in a game then I'm always up for the challenge! :)
@@BellaDovah absolutely you can. It would be more challenging but it's up to you what you hunt and what you don't, and you can also add "Venerated Animals" to your ideology so the pawns will be sad if those are hunted or harmed
Unplanned pregnancies, sounds like the sims.
😂😂 dang risky woohoo!

I think Lucy decided to make a new recruit herself...

The colonist's eating raw meat before having a chance to cook it always annoyed me, you can tweak the default food policy to stop them doing this.
At least it was animal meat instead of a random dead body this time 😅
I am all caught up and ready for the next episode. I never played Rimworld but it seems so much fun with how detailed it is
Yay! So glad you are enjoying the series 😊

Prisoners can be sold as well as long as they can walk
Loving this series

@@TeaAddict ooo I love that! That sounds amazing! Kinda sad I didn’t pick it up in the Steam Summer Sale now, I’m sure there’ll be another soon😊
You should add Rimworld mod inspired by the Sims, Vanilla Aspirations Expanded.
@@1ndragunawan I saw that mod, it looks interesting but like it may actually be quite challenging to integrate
Tricky quest, I was about to yes until you said you started making friends, so i think not.
