- Hi everyone! Welcome back to The Sims 3, where today we are settling into life with our first baby, seeing if we can get another one on the way (Maxis Bugs be damned!) and continuing to work on our career. This episode has a slightly different vibe (hopefully) as I wanted to slow things down a bit and enjoy playing with our kids as Beth's adventurous life slightly changes up.

I really liked you slowing down and enjoying the little moments. I always do that with my own family gameplay 😊
Gem cutting, dancing, snowman making I think have hidden skills. Also you can get very rich very quick by being a werewolf and hunting

You can put the rocking horse in your household inventory and I'm fairly sure you can gift other sims stuff from your household inventory when you go through the "give gift" option as a conversation :) And with the car, I think an adult or teenage sim has to hold a toddler while riding in a car, so Beth can't take her own car when she's out with her child alone.

I HAVE to download these mods for toddlers! Have you heard of the birds and bees mod? It tells you if your sim is pregnant or not and gives them sentiments about having children, and gives them noodles based on it as well! I love the drama it adds to my game☺️

My pregnancy options mod did start working after Beth had her bump, I was able to view the pregnancy info and confirm that Jeffrey was the father

Yes very much so! It makes me try a lot harder to not just leave babies in their cots 24/7 haha, and with toddlers yes I do tend to let them be rather independent but also realise how demanding they usually are - I wish I could get together with a group of mums and completely design a baby and toddler life stage for a life simulation game!!
