I had to re-watch my video...😊. Unfortunately, I returned the mic because I didn't like how it sounded when it was connected via the Media Mode on my GoPro. So, I really can't honestly answer your question.
However, I do think that the wind reduction worked very well. Plus I do believe that had I had the mic attached to my Lapel or held down lower from my mouth, it would have done an excellent job of picking up my voice.
Also, the mic worked well on my phone...And the only reason that I returned it was because of what I stated above.

I believe that you can do that with these wireless mics. But I'm not sure because I returned these and purchased the AnkerWork M650 Wireless Lavalier Mics, these are better-quality mics and would be perfect for your podcast.
