Enlighten me plz. The phone is laying on the table with the transponder yet you're recording with a camera in the same area. I call b.s. mine didn't work.
You never heard of post production editing? There’s at least 3 cameras being used in this video along with each recording their own audio. Let’s add the phone with this microphone plugged in to it and make it a total of 4 audio/video sources. If you actually *watch the video* you can hear the sound from this microphone change based on distance, especially when it got thrown on the floor. It’s a _very_ simple process to switch between both audio and video sources for the final video……. 🤦🏽♂️

At 5:45 you can visibly see he's got the mic at his lips and its clipping.. Why would the camera mic distort? He hasn't changed his distance to any other mic except the one he's testing
Plus, as he said, you can change an audio track.. How do you think people do cinematics of their cars (B roll) with music? They're not playing the music on speakers and recording the ambient sound are they? It's edited over....

FYI. This works perfectly for me on the Android phone. BUT, today it became much much better!!!! I got a female Type-C to male USB converter, and it works perfectly on the laptop. I shoot video with my Logitech webcam, with Logitech default app, and this little mic for excellent sound. Much better than the webcam's own built in mic.Maybe you can update your review on another video! Keep up the good work.
Pls help with pairing with an Android phone, do u use the receiver or should the Bluetooth mic directly connect with the phone? In my case android 10, it does not see this mic.

It’s crap! Sound quality is bad and mine stopped working and charging after only 10 minutes!
I just bought this microphone. I did not read the instruction or what was written on the Aliexpress description(Plug in play). I was trying to connect with Bluetooth and it was not binding and thought that something was wrong and wanted to return it. but again read the description and it is a plug-in-play no Bluetooth connection is needed. bought it, because it is wireless. if I needed it for high-end, of course, bought the DJI ones or Rode wireless.
the fly test is the most real life aspect in a review ever

mine worked pretty well the first outing. on my second outing I ended up deleting around 7 video clips because it decided to NOT record audio.
I'd do a 4 second audio check and it was fine, I'd then start my actual recording and it had no sound.

i have bought in the past two dictapohones that cost £19.00 and i was really amazed at how good the quality of the mics was (both lapel mics) i record guitar and the recordings made with the dictaphones really sounded like studio quality, you can hear my nails on the strings and the sound of my fingers moving on the fretboard. not made bu this manufacturer, the only gripe was the controls are tiny and the first one i bought broke down after a year - but still for the price the quality was really surprising.
I have had to return the one I bought because the connector to the iPhone was too flimsy and it is very easy to knock the receiver and bend the connector. After a while the receiver would not connect with the phone and the little red LED wouldn’t come on. Also I found the clip on the microphone a little bit ineffective and if you knock the microphone it might come off the shirt and get lost. It also took a while to realise that you cannot hear the sound on video until you take the receiver out of the phone but again this puts more pressure on the connector. Kudos to Amazon for accepting a return past the 30 day limit, but there again you really do expect products to last 12 months at least.
I had these mic's for a few days and couldn't use alh of the footage, as the mic's are clipping quite easily. Just the engine of my car was enough. The connection between the mic and the reciever is very stabil, and the soundquality is fair. I ended up sending the mic's back.

Great video! Have you heard of Lav Magnet? Great for placing your lav mic on t-shirts and dresses. It has a stabilizer bar to keep the mic upright!
I noticed that the mic sounded better Vertical than horizontal, so much for it being 360 omni directional mic, everything else seem nice about this mic.. I am looking for a good mic to pair with my Pixel 6 to do my videos so tks for this review.. Nice vid by the way...

Buzzing may be from rf interfering in the room. Mine are silent... Android though with dual Mike version.

Just buy yourself a Rhode nt USB mic or an audio interface and a different style cheaper mic
thanks for doing most of the review using the mic! and clipped to ur shirt too, that's how a mic review is meant to be. it sounds way better when you hold it in front of you, but it sounds pretty bad clipped to your shirt, that sucks!

Mine is either a faulty product (not surprising because it’s from China) or it’s just complete trash. I definitely would never recommend this. The frustration this caused me when I was set up to film was incredible. 0/10

@@helloninamolko I purchased one and yes it can be plugged into a MacBook Air via the usb c port or headphone port. The audio quality is very good but I’m not sure if there is a audio delay with the visual.

Seems to work ok. I have seen an swedish irl streamer using this, and it sounds good. Self i am using røde wireless go ii but i need to use adapters and shit to the phone to get that to work. This seems a little bit better.
Can i used this item with DJI camera?
I guess this would be convenient in noisy environments for targeted sound. The one I just got sounds buzzy also (almost identical design different Amazon seller). My phone audio is still way better so I won’t be using the device for my regular videos. I do like the audio from this mic when it is up close to my mouth but obviously that is not ideal for videos of me talking!

Just ordered mine for my channel people here Ben complaining about the sound quality of my videos, hopefully it works as good as it looks on your channel.
Here in China I ordered a wireless Lavalier mike. On the shopping channel there were lots of seemingly identical bits of kit and NONE of them had a manufacturer's name! My guess is that one place makes them and sells them to other to rebadge them! The box, photos and blurb were identical to yours, with one exception only: 0.009s ultra-low latency.
I was despairing when I first tried it out, and NOTHING. Having charged the mike for a couple of hours it's now working. The only difference is that when paired and switched on, the light is blue rather than green!
Until now, I've only used my AirPods Pro as a mike with Filmic Pro and it had a terrible 'swimming' type noise which made it almost unusable. I later discovered this was due to the silent fan on my desk. Switching off the fan cut that noise out. Now with the Lavalier mike and the fan on, I don't get any of the previous noise. The windsock seems to be doing a great job.
Just for reference, I paid about $19 for mine (which looks quite a bit cheaper than on Western Amazon prices).

Having tried out my new mike, I am exceedingly disappointed. The quality is rubbish and only gives anything half reasonable if it's held right adjacent to my mouth while speaking. Absolutely nothing like your example which I'd be more than happy with. We live and learn!

I read a review on banggood that said it doesn't work with Samsung phone app ... The person said they downloaded another camera app I think they said "open camera" could be wrong... And they said it worked ok after.. maybe u can try something similar.

Just arrived, I bought it from your link. When I have it plugged in, the phone recognizes it as an audio speaker and mic, as all audio cannot be heard. Is there a way to force audio through the speakers while this mic is plugged in?
Unfortunately that’s a limitation with smartphones. You need to unplug to hear audio from the speakers.

That’s great! The USB-C model should work with newer iPads and Lightning should work with older models, but I haven’t tried it myself.
How does the audio from this mic compare to iphone 12/13 pro mic audio quality? Right now I’m doing interviews with my iphone and I’m happy with the quality. I just dont want the hassle to sync audio and video every time. If it’s comparable I will buy it

Any advice? There was no manual with my purchase. I cannot get any sound. Have charged both the mic and the piece to connect to the phone. Red light on the connecting piece, both green light and blue light on the lavalier but when I try to video in the camera mode, no sound. any help? Thanks.
