The first couple of days I had a pain in my thighs after the workout but now I'm all good and enjoying this workout... best part I love abt ur workout is u guys are so cool n u guys keep laughing n cracking jokes which makes it fun to workout... Thanks for the workout! Glad to see you guys back to doing Workouts with voice commentary and guidance! I also really like and prefer the intense 20-30 Minutes Workouts! (compared to the longer 50s that repeat themselves and have no voice or commentary) I think you should make more short & high intensity 10-15 and 20-30 minutes workouts - as it's more effective and enjoyable. I also suggest doing some No Repeats more often - with many different exercises without repetition! Hope you can bring the Shake Twins again - since they have positive & energetic vibes.
