    Just found this! Thank you! I have not been able to cry for decades no matter how sad I am. I have since developed a detached retina, dry eye and now non-glaucoma, extremely painful, eye pressure. The 3 Docs only offered pharmaceutical eye drops. I am going to learn this practice.

    i think i have the acute version of this. Made a significant decrease of the swelling doing the salt hot compress! I am a nurse, the congestion might have caused this for me as it is the first time and since I have chronic allergic rhinitis. The meditation and mind freeing I also did (no harm) all it can do is only good.
    I also did the nasolacrimal massage and took over the counter antihistamine with decongestant (I have this in stock but do not rely on these medication). The pain was increasing and the swelling too without me rubbing and most of the days I rested my eyes and did a hot compress (without salt). I think the salt used here was special and I had no access. all the measures recommended i think made a huge relief to the pain and swelling. i would rather not get the surgery! Glad all things worked.

    This explanation makes profound sense and I wonder whether this would explain the formation of a skin tag which appeared above the eye lash on the upper lid of the right eye. And would the epsom salt compress work for this tag, or is there something else that might be useful to remove it? Many thanks. chiya

    • @ChrisSheltonQigong
      @ChrisSheltonQigong  4 месяца назад +1

      Very glad! Yes the epsom salt compress can help.
      Oregano oil is know to help with skin tags but if the tag is near your eye, then I'm not sure it's a good idea because it can cause damage if the oil gets in the eyes.
      Be blessed my friend!

    I am daily drinker and now suffering from blocked tear duct issue. Can excessive alcohol consumption be the reason for blockage? Plz plz rpy.

    • @ChrisSheltonQigong
      @ChrisSheltonQigong  Год назад +3

      It can be a contributing factor. Your body is talking to you my friend. My recommendation is to go to a few AA meetings for help with the excessive consumption. Please let me know how you're doing. ❤️

    Hi Chris, I am facing peculiar problem of uneven & uncontrollable growth of eyelashes. The ophthalmologist performed electrolysis couple of times & also surgically removed an area on my lower eyelid to arrest this obnoxious problem.
    I feel very awkward as every fortnight this foliage grows & touches cornea causing embarrassment and great discomfort. Ultimately, doctor pulls out unwanted lashes from eyelid...
    Would you be so kind to recommend some appropriate Qigong exercise to help me overcome this nagging problem.... Frustrated like anything.
    Awaiting your guidance brother...
    I am 67 and suffer from Glaucoma for which i use eye drops to control iop. The doctor has stopped all such medicines which may be responsible for this ..IOP is well within norms of 15-16 mm .. Thanks for your attention.. kindly revert...I am 67 and using medicines to control IOP for last couple of decades

      Hi Mr DDFrank,
      I can see how this is a frustrating and uncomfortable issue.
      Where do you live? If you're near the LA area, I'd like you to come in for a session.
      What you're describing relates back to the Liver, so I suggest that you do the Liver Cleansing and Healing Sound... I'll drop the links below. Let me know how it goes and hang in there my friend.

      @@ChrisSheltonQigong Hi Chris , Really grateful for yr kind words and suggestions - I am in any case doing that twice a day ever since my tear duct block got resolved.
      So very thoughtful of you to suggest seeing you.
      However, I stay in India so may be we can interact by other means like WA or Google meet if convenient to you.
      Let me continue doing those two Qi gong exercises of liver cleansing for few weeks to allow my body counteract the negative feelings & frustration.
      Wish you and family all the best going forward...
      Shall keep u posted of any changes occurring...
      Kind Regards
      May Satguru Bless

    If i cry some time is it helpfull?

    • @ChrisSheltonQigong
      @ChrisSheltonQigong  5 месяцев назад +3

      Absolutely! There's a reason why tears are salty... the body is releasing... in fact, it can be harmful to hold back the tears. 🥲
