    Did it on myself and I felt it break loose in my nose on the third stroke of the third round 🙂 I was worried I was going to need antibiotics but a warm rag and this clears it up

    What about adults what should be done if swollen and inflamed

      Try heat patches on ur eye. (Test on ur wrist, to make sure u don’t burn) I’m doing it and it takes the pain away. Heat ur eyes then do this massage
