      Atleast eat 2000 calories okay. in 1200 calories you don't get enough energy .

    One suggestions is that If you use urad dal chhilka in place of masoor you will get more protein 😊👌

      @@rohant3592 yes you get 25 gram protein in urad dal in comparison of masoor which have 17 grams of it per 100 gram. But always use it with chhilka as dhuli urad may upset stomach.

      Get yourself some supplements then.. it will cost you around 1500 to 2000 for a nice protein powder. Try to avoid other supplements except a straight whey protein.

    Thanks for this video it is really helpful, I have a quick question about the lunch prep you took 100 g Masoor Daal which is 9G of protein, and rice which could be around 5 to 7G of protein combined we will get an average of around 15G of protein per meal, How come it has 33G of protein?

    If we(beginner) take protein 25g per meal then only it will digest
    .
    If we take 50 g protein In one meal
    It will not absorbed by body.
    It will waste .
