One suggestions is that If you use urad dal chhilka in place of masoor you will get more protein 😊👌

@@rohant3592 yes you get 25 gram protein in urad dal in comparison of masoor which have 17 grams of it per 100 gram. But always use it with chhilka as dhuli urad may upset stomach.
