This is just looting and i can tell you why.
Firstly if you compare KSEB bill with other states bill kseb has higher bill. With this higher bill it still is in loss means there are lot of problems with the internal workings of KSEB. Fixing that is the only solution.
2) If we reduce consumption during that time, the peak hours will change to another time. Then KSEB will again go to regulatory Commission for the new time. So they already have approval for 6pm - 10 which they won't reduce.
Then we will have 2 peak hour slot. This will keep happening till all hours become peak hours.

Retire ആകുന്ന സമയത്താണ് ഒരാൾ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ salary മേടിക്കുന്നത് അതിനു ആനുപാത്തികമായി ആണ് pension വരുന്നത്... എനിക്കറിയാവുന്ന ഒരു uncle KSEB retire ആയിട്ട് ഇപ്പം 14 വർഷം ആയി പുള്ളിക്കാരൻ ഇപ്പം കിട്ടുന്ന pension ഏകദേശം 80000 rs ആണ്...Salary ഫണ്ടിന്റെ ഇരട്ടി ആണ് pension fund ഈ രണ്ട് deaprtment ഇലും
ഇതുപോലെ തന്നെ ഉള്ള ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം ആണ് KSFE... KSFE ലാഭത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതിന്റെ main reason അവർക്ക് pension ഇല്ല എന്നുള്ള കൊണ്ടാണ്
ജോലി ചെയുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ നിന്ന് cut ചെയ്ത് ആ പൈസ pension കൊടുക്കാതെ എല്ലാ മാസവും government pension fund കൊടുക്കണം പറഞ്ഞു നടക്കുന്നവർ ആണ് KSEB and KSRTC... കൃത്യമായി ജോലി ചെയുവോ അതും ഇല്ല..

Excellently presented. However, the fact of the matter is that it would be foolish on our part to expect concessions from the government for they would always try to cover up their inadequacies and inefficiencies by way of TOD or any other method. In any case, a homemaker would use electricity more only after sunset and not during the day. The solar system only enables us to leave a better planet for the next generation and the subsidy is only a step in that direction. Thanks for your insightful analysis.

Long term ൽ സോളാർ നഷ്ടമാണ്. 2022ൽ 10kw വച്ചവനാണ് ഞാൻ. അന്ന് അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് ആവറേജ്‌ ഡെയിലി 40kw കിട്ടുമെന്നാണ്. എനിക്കു 2024ൽ average കിട്ടുന്നത് 33ൽ താഴെ.kseb bill വച്ചാണ് ഞാൻ പറയുന്നതു. വർഷം കഴിയുംതോറും production കുറയും. Kseb rate മേലോട്ടും. വർഷത്തിൽ രണ്ടു പ്രാവശ്യം panel clean ചെയ്യണം.കച്ചവടക്കാർ പലതും പറയും. കൂടാതെ complaints വന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ കാശും. ആദ്യമൊക്കെ രസമായി തോന്നാം. പണം mutual ഫണ്ടിലൊ മറ്റോ ഇട്ടു അല്പം കൂടി കൂടുതൽ bill കൊടുത്താൽ അതാണ് ലാഭം. 10 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു നിങ്ങൾ വച്ച സാധനത്തിനു ആക്രി

5000 രൂപ ബില് വരുന്നവൻ 5kw സോളാർ വക്കണം... മഴക്കാലത്തു 4 മാസം 1000+ ബില് കൊടുക്കണം... സോളാന് 2.5 ലക്ഷം കൊടുക്കണം... 2.5 ലക്ഷം 2% പലിശക്ക് കൊടുത്താൽ 10000 രൂപ 2 മാസം കൂടുന്പോൾ കിട്ടും... അപ്പോൾ 5000 രൂപ + 250000 രൂപ ലാഭം... ഇടിവെട്ടി പാനൽ പോയാൽ നഷ്ടം... 50000/- രൂപക്കടുത്തു 70 ഡിഗ്രി സെൽഷ്യസിൽ വർക്ക് ചെയുന്ന ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് ഇൻവെർട്ടർ 7 മുതൽ 10 വർഷം വാറന്റി ഓക്കേ ഉണ്ടേങ്കിലും അത് കിട്ടുന്നത് കണ്ടറിഞ്ഞു വേണം... ഇടിവെട്ടി പോയാൽ കിട്ടില്ല... എങനെ പോയാലും ഇടിവെട്ടിയതായിട്ടു കണക്കാക്കും... അപ്പൊ 5 കൊല്ലം കൂടുമ്പോൾ 50000 മൈന്റൈൻസ് കോസ്ററ് കൂടി കണ്ടാൽ നല്ലതായിരിക്കും...
5000 ബില്ല് വരുന്നവർ 3kw ചെയ്താൽ മതി, മഴക്കാലം ഫാൻ ac ഉപയോഗം കുറയും അപ്പോൾ ബില്ലും കുറയും, പിന്നെ 10 വർഷം warranty തരേണ്ടത് ഇൻവെർട്ടർ company അല്ലെ അത് കിട്ടിക്കോളും നല്ല ബ്രാൻഡ് എടുത്താൽ, പിന്നെ ചിലവ് കുറയ്ക്കാൻ പണം മിച്ചം വെക്കാൻ ദിവസം ഒരു നേരം ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചാലും മതി, 100 വയസ്സ് വരെ ജീവിക്കാം, എല്ലാത്തിനും ഉത്തരം ഉണ്ട്
Now TOD metering going to implement.Means 6AM to 6 PM ,10% reductions.6 PM to 10 PM extra 25% 10 PM to 6 AM normal rate.
Now solar generated power is adjusted in net metering case.Means now we are getting around 5.50 Rs benefit (8.50-3.00). Unfortunately the peak time demand is around 80 % of total billing.
if TOD implemented the rate goes to (8.50*1.25-3.00=7.60).So there is a loss of 5.50+7.60=13.10 per unit from existing net meter billing.So what is the use of installation of Solar Installation?
How a sinking KSEB will give benefits to consumers that too a state like Kerala.Now they waited for as much solar installations to catch.
Now the on Grid Solar Installation people are trapped beautifully as expected.The waiting a strategic move to trap more consumers.
Here unit rate for high end user is considered as 8.50 per unit and Solar buy back rate as 3.00.

I produced 100unit , can use 80% ie 80unit only ? If i use 10 more unit , ie 90 unit i have to play for it and i will loose my 20 unit too, in effect 30 unit cost
