    This was an awesome arm burner! Perfect as an add-on, short and easy to follow moves but packs a punch. My arms are really feeling it! So good! 😍

    I was disappointed when I thought I would miss my workout today, as I an stuck in a hotel room with a very narrow corridor leading to the door... this workout was everything I needed to make the most of the small space I had. thank you!

    that squat to abdominal "roll" or plank was already tough enough, then at 13:21 you combined it with the triceps pull... that those movements combined are a burner for real!.. Thank you!!

    Please do an instructional video on how to install and pick out a good TRX for home. I want to get one but don’t know where to start. I know you have the beginner video taking about strap length etc, but if you can go further back it would be really appreciated. It’s so nice to have options for different workouts and this seems to be a great piece for at home use.

    At the end, I added a Y, W, and T that you show in your top 5 arm trx moves... repeated that sequence 10 times... great challenge for the end of this workout. Love your videos btw...you are real and genuine. Thanks for posting!!

    Amy, I would love more TRX workouts where you STAND the whole time, I hate to get down on the gym floor where they keep the TRX, bad location for that. At home, I am limited in my TRX space as well (narrow hallway for now). I love your workouts!

    This is an effective and quick arm workout--Love It! I've done this one many times and am just now commenting? Sorry :( I did your TRX Legs yesterday and this one today, along with some extra cardio afterwards to keep the fat burning :) I'm really enjoying the February workout calendar--Thank You for giving us that, Amy :) XO-S

    Thank you for the excellent workout Amy! I'm new to suspension training and I was wondering if this workout is something I can use regularly (every 2 days) if I'm looking for a workout that'll really tone my arms (goal is in 4 months)? or you think I should try something more intense?
