I've been doing this workout about once a month for the last two years and it has changed my core strength from I'm doing okay to OMG I feel solid in my core. I work out almost every day and do one or two core sessions per week, but this is still my most productive session. It hits the obliques heavily and even makes the muscles surrounding my rib cage sore! I no longer fear the deadlift, barbell back squat, or any core intensive movement. Thank you so much for making this video, it has given me the core strength I never knew I could have!
Amy, this is the best ab workout I've done till date. I've been craving for a new and challenging workout to do. I RUclips'd trx ab trainings, and this particular video was the first one I clicked on. I fell in love with it and decided to head straight to the gym to execute. It was a struggle doing the planks but I pushed through. In the end, it was fulfilling and impressionable. I'll be repeating these workouts often. Thank you much, Amy!

I do it 3 or 4 times a week! Helps me yo lose few kilograms!! Can you do 2 more abs workout 12 mins each pleasee!!! I beg!!! I dont know why you dont have millions of views... You are the only with trx workouts that make sense

That was a great quick abs workout. It was challenging but not to the point where I couldn't complete it. I like the short ab workouts to tag onto the end of a longer worker. Thanks!

Wow!!! Good workout. I can feel it. I am a runner trying to get an stronger core and abs. I can run 6,10,13 miles but can't hold a plank for a minute. This is my new challenge.

I've always had balance and coordination issues so a lot of these are mentally exhausting; my brain just can't process all of these different things. So in the past when I tried the v-ups, I just couldn't do it; it's not a "just get stronger" issue. Physical therapy, vision therapy and body weight exercises have helped but I still run into the limits (seeing a neurologist isn't an option). I'm also getting a lot of popping in my hips. Any suggestions?
Amys TRX workouts are fantastic and I love them but with your condition you'd be best doing floor based ab exercises where you keep your lumbar flat to the floor as you work the abs so as to not risk more stress to the lumbar. Look on RUclips for an ab workout that builds core strength slowly and where your back is resting on the floor.
Hi Amy, I don't think I am doing this right. I have done it before with no problems. However now my back is caving in on the plank exercises and my arms are unable to support my weight for more than 1 or 2 reps of each exercise before I fall flat because my writs and arms are unable to take the pain of holding myself up. Because of this, I'm not feeling any resistance at all in the core area. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.
I just tried trx for the first time tonight at a local group class...lol it kicked my butt. But yeah thanks to your video I was able to pick up on the moves sooner than later... Thanks :)
like the workout but the music is terrible! Snooze fest with the background music, no motivational beat at all. Keep up the solid workouts though. I'll just set them to some better upbeat music.
