That's very kind of you, thank you. Unfortunately, I have no control over any ads before or after the video, only whether they are in the middle of the video itself (known as mid-roll ads). I purposely don't have them in the middle of my workout videos as that would be very annoying!! 😂
Hello Richard, I have followed your first three TRX videos, that I enjoyed. How often would you recommend doing the strength and toning workout? Ideally, I would like a daily programme of exercises with one or two days off a week. I also swim daily in the summer and walk in the winter.
I would aim for 3 strength and conditioning sessions a week (e.g. Mon/ Wed/ Fri). This could be calisthenics/ TRX/ going to the gym etc. Then try to stay active on the other days (swimming/ walking etc). You can do more if you're varying the muscle groups being worked.
