Tried the first, when I wrote rebuild then it wanted me to use storage C but it can’t find it

Long press power button for 30 second while turned off then turn on again with charger connected thn hit boot menu key fast multiple times you may go to boot menu from there you can change os. You will not loss data but apps and c drive will be re placed
