I need a help, I have dell 3558 laptop, i am trying to add HP SSD S650 2.5 240 GB, by replacing hard drive/CD Drive.
this drive is working in windows read write. But in bios it's not reflecting. I can boot the drive using bootable pendrive. But in bios this drive is not showing on both UEFI & legacy options. I have checked both on MBR & GPT disk format.

First remove all the external devices.then force press and hold power off key for 30 seconds. This issue will be resolve.
This issue occurred due to flee charging. If you want to know more about flee charge serch it on google.
