i know how it slove it method 1 in comman pomt boots method 2 enable safe mode in start up settings try this 2-3 times if not work then click F9 disable restart then click enable safe mode

this problem show me because i dowmload useless wifi adapter than couldn't support my pc if enable safemode display was open uninstall this unusual adapter and resarts your pc
