Hello, Each time I connect the HP ZBook Studio 16 inch G10 Mobile Workstation to an external monitor (tried LG and Sumsung), I got blue screens indicating “VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE” and “what failed: nvlddmkm.sys”. Colleagues who know computers well have helped me updated the Nvidia drivers to the latest version. But this still did not work. I have encountered this issue since June. It is very frustrating. How can I fix this issue?

i know how it slove it method 1 in comman pomt boots method 2 enable safe mode in start up settings try this 2-3 times if not work then click F9 disable restart then click enable safe mode
