Finally got our compressor and dryer after 6 months of waiting and it wasn't as I expected. The delivery guy was awesome. I feel frontline workers don't get enough thanks so I'll be reaching out to his bosses and telling them how good and professional he was.

I ordered a 80 gallon 7.5 HP whisper quiet compressor and refrigerated drier from Eaton. Compressor had cosmetic issues and silencer on back had damage as well , damage was cosmetic . Contacted Eaton, they addressed the issue quick within a week another full complete silencer kit and compensated for the cosmetic issue on the compressor plus sent a automatic drain for my troubles. They didn't hesitate to take care of the issue. New parts delivered within 5 days.. Top notch customer service.
That makes me happy
Now that's customer service! I've been looking at getting me a nice air compressor after reading this comment and many others like it I think looking is over! Polar it is💪
Dang $8000 for a compressor set up that’s when things are starting to get serious
lol , but it’s so night and day over the harbor freight or Eastwood 16.5 CFM compressors.
If I was to do it over I would have just bought a 185cfm mobile compressor and parked outside of shop and blasted outside or in a storage container. That way I wouldn’t have to hear the wife tell me the garage is made for cars not my compressor lol
Well that sucks .this is what happens to me all the time .I'm glad they are changing both of them for you .you will have to do a nother video of the right compressor.
I won't record delivery probably because I'm sure ppl don't want to see two deliveries but I will record unboxing and booking it up

They said they slapped label on wrong one so I prey very soon
I ordered a 120 gallon vertical and the first one I received had a hole in it. Then they sent me an 80 gallon tank to replace it by accident. Did a whole series of videos on it. If it weren’t for their great customer service I’d have been so angry.

I'd be super pi$$ed if they sent me the wrong compressor. Unless it was bigger than I ordered hahaha
