I like this. I have used this compressor for about 7 years in my sandblast room- yes, room- with a pressure pot and it has done us well. I like the quiet concept here. Mine pre-dates this technology. What I did (lol) was to run a 2" pipe out the back of my garage and into my shed for the intake, plus a K&N cone filter on the end. It's somewhat quieter but tolerable, and I can pretend Arnold is shouting "Git to da choppah!" When I run it. Great product. Thanks again.
as a video editer .... i love how you increased the lav mic voice audio to make it seem as if he was talking at a quieter level other then him having to "YELL" over the ingersoll rand compressor that you put stickers over the logos
Lol. Yeah I caught some microphone shenanigans there, but those polars are known for being pretty quiet. The other thing about that IR unit was I think they were running the exhaust (air feed) open. I've never heard one chug like that under normal working conditions.
@@TheUglyVector Polar/Eaton is the OG air compressor manufacturer, EMAX & Flexzilla purchase their compressors & have Polar/Eaton paint them and slap their brand on them to sell at a mark-up
Someone should invent a device that can measure decibels. Im not sold on, "trust me, bro" Im guessing he sold vacuums back in the day. Do i get a knife set?
Same guy..same building..doing the identical comparison against the ingersoll as he does with the emax comparison..the polar air looks identical to the emax with identical features and warranty..doesnt bother me that one is a rebrand of the other..just dont try to pass one off as an apple while the other is an orange..dont build your rep on one and flip flop in your next video
They are both Eaton. They also private label I think. They own the patent for the silent air box. We have had many eaton products and they work very well and last forever.
Same parent company but they offer different warranties and price points to cover more of the market. No difference than almost all food in a grocery store.

@@LynxStarAuto background hum is a dead giveaway
Yep, I need one of those for my new shop.
I saw one up close, it's quieter than the video shows.
He should have turned on the Inger... um, other one while the Polar was running.
Meanwhile the polar looks like the Flexzilla compressor. Hmmm
