      I understand, you can really help yourself a lot, did you read the following reply I gave? ......The problem most of the times is that people tend to go to fast. So first start with checking your breathing condition. (go to probreathing.com and see breathing test) then check for example with the video about water, coffee and valerian breathing if water breathing is doable for you. Are you feeling ok? Not to anxious? Then check if valerian breathing is ok for you (so 4-8) if not try 4-6. Ok you need to feel that you need a little air but it is fine so for example if yo9u can do 4-6 but 4-8 is too much do 4-6 6x per day for 5 minutes and make the time!!!!! You need to improve your overal breathing condition and work from there. If you feel restless during the day now with your breathing this has to do with the fact that your breathing condition is too low. If this still gives you problems we at Probreathing.com have made all kinds of programs including personal guidance to help you with your breathing issues. Understand do NOT! I repeat do NOT practice coffee breathing exercises when you feel restless or being busy with manual breathing.

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  3 года назад +4

      Yes this is normal if your breathing condition is to poor. Then the amount of air your system needs is more then your nose can deliver. (In this I take it that you have a normal size nose :)). I used to have that same problem almost always. If you start to train your breathing the proper way then you will not have this issue anymore. Most of the times if someone gas this problem their breathing condition score is also very low. Did you already take the control pause test? What was your score?

      @prashant sharma I understand... I think you need to understand that we all have a kind of breathing condition and with that condition our body has a specific air volume intake and outtake. So if a person has poor breathing condition he or shee needs to breathe a lot of air in and out. sometimes it is connected with fear(s) ... myself I had that for years and I can only say when you start improving your breathing condition you will not only start to function better physical and mental but also the fears and or sighs will go away.

      It seems like you're going through a tough time, have you had a chance to evaluate your breathing condition? (probreathing.com) A crucial step to consider is improving your breathing habits. Here's a resource to get you started: ruclips.net/video/2my8e7F5ltI/видео.html
      Some people may believe that breathing patterns have no connection to conditions like OCD, but there's compelling evidence to the contrary. Our body and mind are intricately linked, and asserting that they're separate can lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy.
      As a therapist who has assisted thousands of people, my personal conclusion is that a calm body often leads to a calm mind, and vice versa. By attaining a balanced, improved breathing condition, you're likely to experience a more relaxed mind. This concept is not new; ancient wisdom has long suggested the need for balance in our bodily systems. It's like drinking ten cups of coffee - if your body is in a heightened state, your mind tends to follow. So, by regulating your breathing, you're essentially helping your mind find its equilibrium.
      Remember, progress is a process, and every step you take towards better breathing is a step towards better mental well-being.

    please explain to mannualy breathing and automatic breathing

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  2 года назад +1

      Manual breathing most of the times comes by the body which has a disbalanced gas-exchange. So to put it simple most people who experience manual breathing patterns (beeing busy with breathing a lot, getting shortness of breath when thinking about breathing etc.) have a very poor breathing condition. To get rid of manual breathing you need proper training! There are many ways of breathing but when a person has manual breathing issues it is not wise to simple look at a random youtube video about breathing. If you want to learn about Tennis you also do not look at youtube videos about sports right? So wen the breathing condition is better then the breathing goes back to the automatic state... the breathing goes back to the autonomic nervous system (which it already was but the mind is also busy with it).
      If you want to learn how to get your breathing in balance it is trainable that is the good news. The 'bad' news is that it is not easy to do with a simple youtube video becuase the mind has all kinds of questions. You can start improve your breathing condition for example with the valerian breathing exercise but again if your breathing condition is very poor that is to much to quick so 90% of the people with poor breathing patterns and thereby manual breathing issues need proper guidance/coaching. If it was possible to do it with a simple video I would already have made that one, there are too many aspects to regard. If you need help look at www.probreathing.com there I can help you out more.

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  3 года назад

      @@idk9594 what you need to understand is that when your breathing is out of balance your system is in a constant state of contraction and readiness.... you are tens and I sometimes say like the rabbit which just got out of the hole, on the gras and scared/excited of the surroundings.... so every move of a leaf will trigger extra anxiety. So if your breathing is out of balance there is less oxygen released to the brain and then the body is contracting (cardiovasculair system for example).... with COVID anxiety rises as well and also with eating non healthy foods you are going to breathe even more and then (because probably you are hyperventilating all day) your system will give more and more signs of being out of balance. The best advice I can give you for now is test your breathing condition first REMEMBER do not focus on a high score but try to be and let the test be as honest as possible. Then you probably need to train your breathing, you can do this with my online Breathing Mastery Program and when you start doing the exercises most people will feel a difference within a couple of weeks.... a breathing which is out of balance will normally never go in balance by itself or with a simple breathing exercise you get from a doctor I am sorry to say by experience .... test your breathing condition here: www.probreathing.com/breathing-test let me know your score...

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  2 года назад

      The main aspect here is breathing condition. This term I came up with a couple of years back and it says something like a person who has good or poor sportive condition. If that person is sitting behind a desk he/she would not notice they the condition is poor but if they for example during holiday walked up a small hill they go bananas. So, most of the times there is nothing wrong with the lungs same as in a car which is poorly adjusted, there is nothing wrong with the engine BUT it needs to be adjusted properly.
      Our medical system worldwide does not look at breathing condition, it most of the times looks at functioning of parts. So if a person had asthma most of the times there is nothing wrong with the lungs but they are poorly adjusted.
      With proper guidance you can get rid of all these sometimes horrible experiences... I had them for about 3 years, I helped thousands of people out worldwide and I hear them every day... it is easy but personal guidance is unfortunatly almost always needed.

The discomfort went on for 3 days and so i was also panicking due to covid so i was rushed to the ER. I have been to many doctors, a pulmonologist, cardiologist, and general practitioner who told me I was fine. One doctor even misdiagnosed me thinking I had reflux or GERD. My rules came out negative, it was very confusing as everything physically was fine, but i know my breathing pattern isnt. Its been three months, im suffering everyday, not a day goes by without me being teary eyes because of my breathing, i have stomach bloating, chest tightness, sometimes choking sensation on my throat. Im even contemplating to stop law school because of this. A doctor told me I have chronic hyperventilation syndrome, please help me.. no doctor has helped me, ever.. 😭 im female, only 21..

      It is very recognizable for me what you are writing down... this goes for you and all the people who ask similar questions. Most of the times Probreathing really can help but you need to train and yes it will cost money. Why not free? Because it takes in most cases 8-10 hours of learning and practice before a person knows what to do to help themselves. I have done this now for 16 years and I have helped thousands of people and sorry to say that so many youtube videos give the impression that you can simply fix your issues with breathing by doiing a practice of a 6 minute video on youtube.... so what I wrote down before is that you can start by checking what your breathing condition is. probreathing.com in main page or lookup in this channel the video about breathing condition. Then you need to properly train your breathing.
      You can make a fast and cheap start by taking 7 days trail version of our online program this costs only $7.
      To make a very long story short, yes I/we here at Probreathing can really help but understand that it probably takes effort to get rid of your problems.

      yes tightening of the muscles is something a lot of the times happens when people breathe out of balance. We have 3 major muscle groups for breathing. One is the diaphragm, two are the inner muscles between the ribs and the last group are the accessoire muscles which are normally there for major impact moments (for example when you are almost hit with a car or get a shock or.... Now, most people use the inner rib muscles but need to use the diaphragm but a very important aspect is the amount of air flow which goes in and out the body!!!! I dont know why i suddenly thought about that but now i cant stop thinking about it. I spend most of my day breathing normally but that thought of not breathing suddenly comes to my mind which makes me start breathing manually. I dont like the feeling of this, because i try to gasp for air when i think i dont have enough. This makes my throat and my chest to hurt a little. I also sometimes feel a sting on the right side of my stomach. Im assuming its my lung, that has too much air. I dont know how to fix this problem. It has started to scare me and i sometimes cant fall asleep because of it. I am on the verge of falling asleep when i suddenly think that i am not breathing so i immediatly sit up. I've been monitoring my breathing since the last time I got my last worst hyperventilation. I think my brain is tricking me that I don't breath enough I guess? Because when I get the urge to breath deeply, I get mild hyperventilation that would last all day. An it'll happen again the next day. So what I do is even if I get the urge to breath deeply, I just do the normal breath. Not shallow but not deep. But still, it's distracting.
      I don't know why it's like this, but I'm thinking that my phantom smell plays a role here. I smell scent that isn't around. Like food, or cigarette smell, or smell that I don't like. It became like this when I got COVID about early 2021. It wasn't too serious, just mild. My sense of taste and smell were gone for at least 3 months but then I noticed that I keep smelling something that isn't there. It was actually scary at first but I got used to it.
      Also, there are times when I focus on things, I subconsciously hold my breath to focus more.
      I'm not an expert so I can't guarantee. Stress from schoolworks could also be one of the reason. This is just what I think.

      I understand.... being scared because of breathing can be horrible... I know because I had severe anxiety attacks myself for about 3 years, 25 years ago. I learned how to get rid of my anxiety and from there I helped a lot of people out.... know, not breathing is good... the idea of not breathing is the problem. Second it is wise to know your breathing condition you can then learn to improve your breathing condition and if you are willing to spent about 45 minutes every day for a couple of weeks and you will probably feel a lot better.... you can check your breathing condition here: www.probreathing.com/breathing-test

      @@gamraxton4794 Ok, first of all.... just to understand (this will not make the world of differance but will help) If your breathing stops this is ok for now..... you're body will not let you die if you stop breathing. It is also ok to feel a little out of breath, of course this is not a nice feeling that your breathing stops or that you feel out of breath but understand that your body will not let you die. Almost all the times when people need to manually breathe the problem is the breathing condition. That's why I keep on asking people did you do the breathing condition test? Because if you do the test and you notice you have a poor breathing condition than it is also more easy to start training your breathing condition. Second by breathing more in and out (which you see a lot on YoutUbe these days) this will not help you with your anxiety with manual breathing in my experience when a person is manually breathing a lot this person has a poor breathing condition and needs to train properly. If you look at science the Bohr effect tells us that if you breathe a lot in and out, let's say very loud in and out.... LESS OXYGEN can be released. (read that again.... less oxygen) so to improve the breathing condition with people who manually breathe a lot this category needs more than a simple RUclips video of 6 minutes to help them out. I know, I had bad anxiety myself and helped out many many people the last 14 years with breathing issues so you need proper guidance and with experience came Probreathing.com there I share my knowledge in the Breathing Mastery Program to help people out with this topic..... not to get you into an ice bath or let you do all kinds of other stuff.... no to help you out in asthma, anxiety and hyperventilation.
      Understand if you feel anxiety or restlessness due to breathing manually that this is curable with proper training. It takes time yes, 1 hour per day for most of the times 3-4 months but then you are most of the times forever cured of your inbalanced breathing.... I had severe anxiety and hyperventilation 22 years ago and I never got it back (and I did lot's of adrenalin stuff like climbing mountains, jumping out of planes etc.) Hope this gives a better answer.... wish you the best day.

Understand do NOT! what you need to do is start training your breathing the right way. First you start with checking your breathing condition you can do that at probreathing.com main page. Second start with 5x 5 min per day of training. Our youtube channel has many videos the problem is that most people need personal guidance because every person is unique even though the basics of breathing is the same. But to start you can check out the video about valerian breathing... see if valerian breathing is doable for you... remind yourself that you do not hear yourself breathing. Remind that you breath less than your normal amount of air, not more!!! good luck, otherwise you can take our trail version of the breathing mastery program only costs you $7. Or look for our opersoanl guidance programs. good luck

      To all reading this: Understand that to change a persons breathing pattern it takes more than only a 6 min youtube video. It is for most people doable in 3-4 months and the understand it takes 1 hour of training per day. Everyone out there saying that it can be done with simple practice for a couple of times per week is simply wrong! So if you had enough of a breathing condition which is too low then you can learn to improve this with guidance. Probreathing works with partial online videos course and also personal guidance, I have helped thousands of people out in the past 15 years and it is rare when a person can do it all by themselves. So to make a long story short, no magic pills, when improving habitual breathing habits it takes practice and training and then it is almost all of the times doable to help yourself. Most people need 8 hours of teaching and one hour per day of training and then they feel a lot better within 3 weeks. I had heavy anxiety with my manual breathing 25 years ago.... I was afraid almost of my own shadow, now I haven't had any anxiety for 20 years! friendly regards, Dennis

    When I thinks about other thing( not about my breathing) , when my breathing automatically stops

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  3 года назад +1

      Try to implement in your daily activities some kind of breathing techniques which helps you to improve your breath. For example breathe thru your nose in and out, 4 seconds in and 4 seconds out, be careful that you do not hear yourself breathing and always remember that your focus needs to be on breathing a little less that usual. Look at Probreathing RUclips channel for different exercises to train yourself. Stopping of your breathing is totally fine, your body is helping you out, the mind can be the problem in most cases because we think that stopping the breathing is not ok.

    *BUT* when you start to thinking of it... Just know the pain and hard work to live!

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  3 года назад +3

      Yes of course breathing is a subconscious activity... when it is in balance I would say, let it be. Unfortunately most people from the western society tend to over-breathe so then it is wise to train the breathing. The central breathing centre in the brain is there for the gas exchange of oxygen and CO2 (and other gasses) and when this is not in balance we tend to get a lot of symptoms not only in our body but also in some situations in the mind....

      The key is that your breathing condition needs to be at a certain level... when singing it is very important that your breathing condition is at a good level. It's been 8 years since I stopped asking how to stop breathing manually. And it's not because I figured it out, it's because I'd breathed manually so much that it became natural to be aware of and in control of every breath even as I fall asleep.
    Kinda like how feeling pain in my dreams used to cause immense stress and phantom pain even long after waking up, but then I got used to it and it just became normal. Like for example last night I had a dream about sneaking into a country ruled with an iron fist where outsiders are executed instantly, while wearing an American flag that was infested with spiders that love burrowing into your skin, and due to these spiders the border patrol gets p*ssed at me and beats me to death slowly while breaking all my bones while the spiders burrow through my eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and less pleasant places, all while I naturally feel every bit of pain in full still with no idea that it's a dream and thinking I'd be crippled for the rest of my 30 seconds of life before I'm executed, and then I die and wake up hungry for a baggel.

    • @probreathingNL
      @probreathingNL 4 года назад +2

      most doctors do not understand breathing techniques that help to improve your breathing condition. You need to learn to train proper to improve your breathing condition so that it will be your new state... if you train proper most of the times people in my practice have never again problems with there breathing because the body will stick this new condition as the new standard. (Dr. Buteyko did a lot of research about this) In my coaching I also look at mindset etc to see what the triggers are. In these crazy times with Corona it is very important that the breathing condition is good and that people improve there immune system not only with balanced breathing but also with the right foodintake.

    • @dcomain3389

      Dennis Huizenga oh so all I need to do is training my condition? Or maybe you can meditate does that help too?

    • @probreathingNL
      @probreathingNL 4 года назад +1

      @@dcomain3389 No I do not think you understand.... first you need to check your breathing condition (also called control pause test) if your CP is lower than 30 it is vital that you train your breathing in the right way so your gas exchange in your body starts to improve. When this improves (also your CP starts to go up) your body will function better then before... better intake of nutrients, more hormonal balance, more inner peace or a more mindfull state etc etc etc... but to do this you need the right trainig. And this training will take about 45-1 hour per day for 3-4 months and from then your central breathing system in the brain sees this new state as the new standard with other words your breathing will normally not go down again.... (this is the very short version hahaha)
      I have helped hundreds of people (perhaps even more) ... I first started in group sessions, then one on one in real life and then I started combining new technology in giving an online video course (with now about 54 lessons) COMBINED with personal guidance/coaching. Mostly thru skype or facetime.
      Now, the problem is that y english speaking courses are not ready yet and I only guide people now one on one... so the costs will be higher for the client in the end.

    Is Manual breathing bad?

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  3 года назад

      In medical terms we do not speak about good or bad breathing... we speak of a breathing within or outside the norm. The norm is kind of a band where there is a bottomline and upper line, if you breathe between these two then you are in the norm... for example if your controlpause is below 30 then you are having a breathing outside the norm so you could say a 'bad breathing'.... manual breathing is something which can be very draining to your mental serenity and therefor it is wise to train your breath until you are back in the norm again where the body naturally is getting back in an automatic breathing.... also the mental and emotional capacities and serenity will go up as also the self healing capacities.... hope I gave you a little bit of an answer... simple question but not so simple to explain :)

So also the mind can trick us, if we think of breathing or beeing out of breath or beeing witched that we tend to breathe even more and if your breathing condition is to low then you can trigger yourself.... to make a long story short, check your breathing condition ( www.probreathing.com ) and see if it is below 30.... then move from there.

      The problem most of the times is that people tend to go to fast. I repeat do NOT practice coffee breathing exercises when you feel restless or beeing busy with manual breathing.

      Too slow is most of the times not e reality... most of the times it is the feeling of shortness of breath and the idea of too slow breathing while in reality it has to do with poor breathing condition.

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  5 месяцев назад

      Yes always possible however..... the amount of people with neurological problems vs the people with a very low breathing condition is 1 in 100 perhaps even less. So before you diagnose yourself with neurological problems first try to get your breathing condition up to speed. Why? Or perhaps shortsided? Research shows that with a low breathing condition less oxygen will be released into the brain, the person will go much quicker into flight/flight/freeze and/or mental instability like OCD etc. .....

      what you need to do is start training your breathing the right way. Or look for our opersoanl guidance programs. good luck

    Help me when i see something my brain tries to think about breathing so when i see a thing i breathe manually please help me remove this otherwise I'm gonna commit su**ide!!!

    • @ProBreathing
      @ProBreathing  2 года назад

      Manual breathing most of the times comes by the body (and yes I do know that there are also other ways) which has a disbalanced gas-exchange.
The 'bad' news is that it is not easy to do with a simple youtube video because the mind has all kinds of questions. TAKE THE BREATHING CONDITION TEST TO SEE WHAT YOUR BREATHING CONDITION IS.
