I've nearly conquered ur drop stitch scarf (2 worked and 1 fell apart). These slippers will be my next project!!!! I'm excited. Thank you for showing me all the things I can do with my machine
😂😂Shelley ❤"Happy Feet"❤😂😂 Love Love it. Another one of your fantastic projects on my Bucket List. Thank you so very much for sharing your talents with us (me)!
Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for. I like the slippers but here in Wisconsin my ankles get cold so I wanted slippers I could make that would come up higher. I’m thinking of trying to add a piece of foam to the inside of the tube for added comfort and warmth. Ideas welcome. ❤️
I love every piece of art work you done with this machine. I do own one, and I'll be using it more often now that you shared all this wonderful ideas!! Thank you so much for your time.
Hi Shelley. I've just bought an addi and found your channel. I love how you teach making these projects seems easy and manageable even for us newbies. Thank you ❤
Wonderful! Last year I was gifted 3 studio flat bed machines and every attachment and accessory you can imagine. I still haven’t found the time to learn. One day I will.
@@aprilmorehouse9639 you do the same number of rows over 22 needles and just seam up the side to form a tube. You need to sew very loosely or do the Kitchener stitch up the side because a basic seam will not be stretchy. I do not have pattern alterations for all the pieces I make using the 22 needle. Sorry. You really would open up a whole new world of knitting if you were able to also get the 22 needle machine.
Hi Shelley.. Love all your videos. Thank you very much. Could you make these on a loom please. Also, on your your tube site could you put a link for your loom knitted projects only. I fall in love with a project and see it is not for a loom. So sad. Thank you.
If you go to the “playlists” on my channel I have one specifically for my loom projects. I think k it would be a good project for me to make on the loom. I will see what I can do.
I LOVE these! Thank you for a great tutorial. I’ll be making them on the weekend. BTW, the word pierogi is already plural, so you don’t need to put an s on the end of it 🇵🇱
I think you would need a 32 or 40 needle machine so it wouldn’t be so wide. Multiply by 5 is a ball park. Trial and error is the best way. Measure it before you take it off the machine.
Lov thee sllippers and tried 4 times to make them on my sentro. Every panel unravelled from the end that started with my cast on stitches that doesnt have waste yarn. In the video this end is where you pull the yarn for the toe. What am I doing wrong?
I’m wondering if your doing the cast on wrong. Watch exactly what I do and see if your missing a step. I use the waste yarn at the end. It’s hard for me to know what’s happening without seeing it.
Thank you for replying. I am doing the cast on the exact same as you. I realise trouble shooting is not easily done when you cant see what is happening. I will keep trying.
I thought maybe there was something I didn't know or understand. I'm a newbie and I know I sounded a little critical I did not mean it that way at all. God bless you for all you're teaching me

These look amaaaaaazing Shelley!! Can't wait to make a pair too ☺
Thank you! 🥰
I love these. Can't wait to make some. Thank you
You are so welcome!😊
These are genius with the knitting machines. Approximately do you remember how much yarn it took to make your size of slippers?
I think I mentioned it in the video but if I didn’t …. It doesn’t take much. 1 skein.
Marvellous. Your technique has inspired me to make a version of these on my flat bed knitting machine ❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful! Last year I was gifted 3 studio flat bed machines and every attachment and accessory you can imagine.
I still haven’t found the time to learn.
One day I will.
Thank you! ❤Last year I made the basic slippers for Christmas. Everyone loved them! I am definitely going to make these this year!❤
That’s so encouraging to hear! Thank you! 🥰
These are so cute!! You're so creative and talented!! Thanks 😊💜
Thank you my friend! 🥰
I only have the 48 needle sentro. I wanted to make the ankle part but I don't have the smaller machine. Any ideas on how I could make the ankle?
Do a flat panel over 22 needles then fold it lengthwise and seam down the side.
How many rows? 44? Im new to all this machine knitting stuff.@@koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet

So cute!!
Thank you 😊
I love it thank u
A Digiten LCD counter (Amazon) is easy to mount on the Sentro, easier than having to remember to click for your row count😊
Yes, I really need to order ….3! One for each Sentro! Thanks for the encouragement 🥰
I am so making ❤
So glad you like them!❤

I love this pattern so much, and would like to make it for my young grandchildren. How do you suggest I do measurements?
I have children’s slippers on my channel. Maybe use that as your guide. 🥰

@@koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet haha don’t feel bad most people do unless Polish is their first language 🥰
I am sure that when people say perogies (that’s how we spell it too! Haha!!) it likely sounds very wrong to you.
@@koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet it’s just funny like saying you made spaghettis today 😂
Hahahaha
Great idea x

Would the same pattern be used for a child size? Measuring foot then multiply by 5? Than you 😊

What if you have a 5 1/2 foot do you go next size up?
I would do it same way. Or you could just do a couple rows less to make it a bit smaller.
Really nice. Thank you for sharing your video and tutorial. How many rows for a size 9 & 10 ?
I have only made the one size. I would guess maybe add 5 or 6 rows.

How many rows is the slipper part? I’ve rewatched twice and keep missing it 😅Tia!
I dont post row counts. Sorry. It’s clearly there. Try again. 🥰
Christmas is coming could u change these to elf slippers with the toe curled up?
That would be very cute!
wow
🥰
Can they be made with 4 weight yarn?
Absolutely
What kind of yarn did you use?
It’s in the video. 🥰
Why don't you regularly use a ravel cord to help with removing the waste yarn?
I could but I don’t mind this way. I have to wind the yarn back up anyways.
I thought maybe there was something I didn't know or understand. I'm a newbie and I know I sounded a little critical I did not mean it that way at all. God bless you for all you're teaching me

Can I sew with matress stitch?
