Curious, what # setting on the Niche has been your go-to? I started at 18, but now going a bit finer until I choke out. Love the grinder though (had it for two days)
I am about at 18 after calibration.
@@AM2PMReviews very interesting I have been using around a 12 setting on my niche zero. I know they are all slightly different but if I go courser my shot pulls too fast.

I would recommend u get the Decent scale and Damien caddy/drip tray that attaches to it. I weigh straight on the drip tray before and use stop at weight function
nice! I should do that. I just love the ability to move my scale around. I will do more videos now that my kitchen is done. I can do a lot of cool stuff.

@@djembeboyzach thanks. Do you have to pair it every time you wake the tablet? Or it stays paired always?
@@docforven I think if u put on standby u dont need to do anything but I turn off machine at mains and turn off skale. So I literally turn everything on and hit scale button on main screen and it connects it straight away. So always paired
Very surprised / disappointed by how the water tank works.
Yeah I will make a real video after a year of use. It’s a great machine but has a lot of strange issues.
Fyi the de1 pro is the cheapest model, not an upgraded model
No it cost a little since it’s the plus model. I must have said pro meaning pro plus maybe? De1+ it’s confusing. Maybe they should just keep it to DE1.1-whatever and just add a + and drop the pro.
@@AM2PMReviews haha it's all very confusing especially since they don't make a plus anymore. Pro, xl and XXL are all they make now I believe

@Espresso Junky the scale helps me in tying in the recipes in the machine for god shots etc
@Espresso Junky yes that is the other side of data. One validates the other. Subjective and Objective data so you can be more repeatable.
spends thousands but cant get a 3 dollar WDT toll lol
oh yeah I just made a few on my 3d printer too. its not really a big deal when you can make your own.

@@TheDennzio that's the comment section. I just try to show my real life and real thoughts but someone will mention the smallest thing and comment on that instead of the big picture. When you make WDT tools on the 3d printer you can make your own stuff.
