    My settings is a litle bit different from yours. Just wanted some clarification on this, so if I set the flow slower, it will give me a heavy body (towards bitter side) and vice versa. Is it correct? And how do I know if the flow is 'correct' or not?😅 Btw this is such a great video 😊

    (I am assuming it's available even while using the insight skin)

    Is there any way to drop the pressure during the pre-infusion phase to 0 as John suggests to get to that 10g in 30s target during blooming?

      "suggests to get to that 10g in 30s target during blooming?" Best way is to make small adjustments to your grind setting to achieve this or a more advanced way is to put in a 'If' stage to decline pressure to during preinfusion.

    How do I use my computer to make profiles?

      Only the Android version of the app will connect to the espresso machine using BLE. The desktop versions are to help introduce you to the apps UI and most popular recipe's.

      @@decentespresso Gotcha. Okay:). Is there any way to manipulate the profiles easier? I’d love to be able to click around with a mouse, and then type in a value manually. Right now I have to tap literally hundreds of times on the screen when adding steps to a tea profile for instance

    The thing is that every single batch is different a bit, so probably you need to set your profile every single week when you buy a new bag of coffee. So this is good but I think you are tweaking micro adjustments, that probably won't take a really noticeable effect. Well this is like roasting every bean separately by gram/size/humidity. Imo these micro micro adjustments pointless, because every single tamped coffee puck is a bit bit different. Just think about it in a scientific way. The key thing is 'major' things like lighter roast is better with higher temperature and longer preinfusion maybe bigger ratio. It is like photography... the more you are technical the more you gonna miss the point of the whole thing and you gonna remain with numbers not adventures. The only recipe that I have is that lighter roasts are better with higher temp/longer preinf./longer brew time/bigger ratio, and as you go darker you need lower temp/less preinf/less brew time/less ratio. I bet if I would give you guys two different batches/roasts from the same beans and you would stick to these graphs based on previous experience, you would have a hard time getting the two batches to match.
