Tears in my eyes this is so profound. I needed this information because I have limited understanding of relapse or what is gong on with my friend. I totally believe it the “issues are in the tissues” due to my own journey and work.
Thank you sooo so much for this informative video Tom 🙏🏼

What are your thoughts on marijuana addiction? I believe it exists and it's a problem.

It sure exists and it's a silent addiction. It's totally underestimated.

@@Add_Account485 first wanted to say more power to you. I can't find the momentum to take the first step can you tell me about the moment you didn't pick a drink?

@@avitalchen6206 AVITAL? IN Regards to the 1st step you could do... ..
If you can't just completely STOP you could try "WEENING DOWN First!"
Make a 14 day calendar for yourself.
In week 1 write each day how much you are drinking exactly?
Then at the beginning of the 2nd week write "A PLAN" for each single day to lower the amount..
( even if you can only lower ONE DAY in the week by a couple of glasses..- THATS STIL A PLAN! ITS AN IMPROVEMENT OVER WHAT YOUR DOING & A GOAL ACHIEVED & A STEP FORWARD! TRUST ME. DON'T BE HARD ON YOURSELF EITHER).
YOU COULD DO MANY THINGS TO LOWER THE DRINKING BY JUST A COUPLE OF GLASSES IN 1 DAY LIKE:
      1) go to bed earlier
      2) or start the drink later
      3) or ring a friend /
      4) or watch a movie ..
      5) cook tea & don't drink.when cooking..
      6) or drink half a glass over an hour
      7) or half the amount of spirits you put in one drink every 5th drink ..
      SOMETHING / 8)ANYTHING..
BUT WRITE IT DOWN SO ITS A GOAL & JUST TRY..
THATD NOT HARD TO DO THAT ONE DAY IN YOUR WEEK...
      THATS HOW YOU START!..
Then it's not a huge abrubt scary change but achievable little goals...but the writing it down will affirm it in your Mind..
Or the taking note of how much your drinking each day ; then work on drinking less the next week?..
Gradual; Gradual steps... the same way you got in.. you get out.. bit by bit...
Do you think that could help you at all? Would you try that?

Is there a non woo-woo answer? You know, something that is measurable and tangible?
