🤣🤣 The taxi business is no joke enuh! It's scary! I prayed on my way to school every single day from Portland to St.Mary.
Last time I was in Jamaican and we went into the hills in a station wagon. Two of us in the trunk, 4 in the back seat and two in the front with some luggage. Those roads ain't no joke once you come off the highway. I am really enjoying your country living! Enjoy
The roads are awful and pure dirt lifts up when everyone drives. That car being packed to the brim sounds about right lol. Thank you for watching
Love the countryside of Jamaica. My dad is from St.Mary , I visited there 2 years ago, I can’t wait to visit again. You literally don’t have to shop for food lol well barely
Fruits and vegetables grow everywhere, so many bush farms etc I love that part of the country

I’m grateful to be able to share. Daily I eat a lot of fruits, whatever is in season so jackfruit, watermelon, bananas, mangoes a little papaya right now and every couple of days I’ll have cooked food- yam, sweet potato, pumpkin, steamed callaloo, plantain sometimes rice and peas, vegetable pasta. I get in seeds and nuts cashews, pistachios, walnuts and sea moss smoothies as often as possible. I drink fresh herbal teas and my hermōn balance blend and lots of fresh water from the river ✨
Oh and I planted callaloo, pak Chou

How do you feel being away from where you're from ? Are you going to live there forever ?
I feel closer to home being away. Home for me is my body. Traveling, living and spending extended periods of time outside of Seattle has allowed me to see so many things from a new perspective, a clearer lens. If you watch my other Jamaica videos you can get more of an idea what I mean

Out of curiosity, what's it like to live financially out there?
It varies based on your lifestyle but where I’m at living is very inexpensive, transportation as well. Food is more expensive for me because I eat pure fruits and seeds and nuts and vegetables lol. I do order the dried goods because the quality is better and it’s cheaper over there. But watch my travel q&a for actual prices
