40 glorious minutes, this stuff is better than Netflix, I’ve just ordered takeout and I’m about to indulge in this, I’m writing this before watching as I’m waiting for my food. This became my favourite RUclips channel the second I found it, I mean I have the bell notification on, I’ve binge watched all of the videos. I love it so much. Thank you, Kurt for blessing us with your adventures. In this social media space with content filled with luxury videos about this and that, this channel shows us just how much beauty there is in the world when you open yourself up to it fearlessly.
Stay safe, Kurt.
You deserve all the success.

Very well said and my thoughts exactly my friend!
I love Kurts videos as well… I really hope he gets time to return to this beautiful family in Haiti. Such kind people.

I rarely comment on RUclips videos, but as a Haitian, I want to say thank you for showing the beauty of Haiti and the spirit of the Haitian people. I discovered you recently and like everyone else I've been hooked ever since. Your content accomplishes what we could never learn in a cultural anthropology or journalism class. Bon bagay, Kurt!

This video is of some seven months ago, so sad the situation had changed to bad so soon, I dont think right now he can do that again. But such a great experience.
@@soniamayo5057 Why what happened in Haiti recently?
@@MrTynanDraper First I had to clarify I am using my wife account, I am Oscar, well there are an state of completely anarchy, the president Moses was killed and there are bands of criminals acting freely without any control of the government, the population lives in panic and there are many murders of innocent people. Not only did he not ask for subscribers but he shows genuine interest with the curiosity of a child without stating any political nor religious views. Keep 'em coming Kurt!!
Kurt's vids are the best because he doesn't use clickbait, sexualisation, or DANGEROUS, BRUTAL crap in his videos just tells it how it is, and his videos are authentic and full of genuine curiosity and interaction. Amazing to watch man
This man deserves ALL THE MEALS! My homeland. Thank you for showing it with respect and its true beauty. In tears watching this.
I love the fact he’s not a typical instagram traveller where they’re staying in like ‘cultural’ but expensive hotels which are a million miles away from the culture of the country they’re in. He really travels old school and gets in with the culture and stays in places that look fairly cheap often! I love it and would love to travel in a similar fashion.
True that. But would stay in a better place for security reason. Don't want to be a sitting duck in a foreign country
You have to find a balance. What Kurt’s doing seems appealing but is also quite dangerous. He gets away with it cos he’s a strong man who is friendly, speaks Spanish and has a camera - which can scare people off as they think he’s live-streaming or something. You got to find a point where you feel comfortable. Doing what he’s doing isn’t for everyone and it’s probably best you should have a travel partner, have guides etc
It is hard for me to really enjoy the video because he is in someone's country not practicing precautions against the deadly COVID-19 Virus!
He is a f*cking legend
@@chriswyatt9869 True but Kurt's videos are so raw and refreshing. Too many people in this world care too much about what others think instead of letting themselves go.

I WOULD love to built there at least a cool soccer place for the kids to play and maybe have some new talents to have a better perspective for their families and their self.
This a reminder of how much we take for granted. Yet at the same time, despite what we think is lacking from those villagers' lives, they are still able to make room for joy in their lives. They raise their families with love and work for their food. It's not all that different from us. Sometimes I feel like all the luxuries and privileges we have just allow for more time to squabble over nonsense politics and compete over attention from strangers on social media. It's more time to wallow in mental illness and feeling sorry for ourselves. In the end, hard work keeps you focused on what really matters. Those villagers, and Kurt, have already figured this out.

Tourists often travel to cheaper/ impoverished countries to get better value for money, while expecting the world for their $. This does drive a tourist trade, however those who are uneducated are unlikely to gain all the benefits without having to hustle.

Eres bien valiente. God Bless You
Llevo tres días viendo un montón de sus vídeos, pero este fue top. 👌🏼
❤
This dude is gonna change the world one day. He going to places where most people wouldnt step a foot on. Stay blessed bro
Kurts the future president of the world.
I always find it funny when people get confused when Kurt says he's from Africa😂
*Insert surprised pikachu face.
I can't believe people don't know South Africa has a lot of white people.
@@DustinHawke And where would these people with no electricity have learned that from ?
@@DustinHawke North African countries as well
@@DustinHawke I also didnt know SA has a lot of homeless white people untill I came across Bi Phakati's channel. Twilight zone vibe's. Was so strange to see that.
These women are the strength , heart and soul of this community.
Omg the conversation at 6:45 reminds me of the movie Mean Girls haha. "If you're from Africa, why are you white??" hahaha
You have no idea how much I missed seeing a blog from you the last couple of weeks. Seems like longer. Love your travels!!
I was actually concerned, seeing how things went in the last video
Took the words right outta my mouth! I've been waiting for the next episode!
@@s9292 same here, i keep checking his channel everyday if he finally uploads
I was worried, his last video was a voodoo ceremony and then stop punishing videos. 😂
@@neftali50 I know, I was wondering why he has not posted
You can tell Kurt is an old soul and a very peaceful one by the way people are so accepting of him. It's very special to watch. Keep up the great work and amazing videos.
You're genuinely such a kindhearted person

Waw,❤️❤️🥰
🇭🇹 ❤ 🇩🇴
I love how kind and generous he is with the people. So respecting of the cultures, but is able to stand his ground too. Could watch his videos for hours
Yeah, he also repays people who are kind to him and stands his ground against scammers. Kurt really is the type of guy everyone should have in life. I am happy I at least found him on youtube :)
KATARINA YOU REMINDS ME A MACARINA SONG
You framed it wrong. He is a foreigner/guest, the praise should be on the host.
The one thing I love about you kurt is you really want to experience the world, you actually carried that woman's water and visited the boys family, man you really are down to earth and I love that you want to experience even the smallest things, it's crazy how you dont use your money to make yourself seem better than others, you seem to want the real thing. What money is really about; opportunity. You give it easily and want to give more. Best of luck and I hope to see more! Stay safe bro !
This was one of my favorites so far. God bless the people in that village. Keep up the good work Kurt, these blessings will come back to you.
Carlo Luis is a legend, what a great kid and perfect guide. Glad you helped him out, seems like he deserves some good luck coming his way. His family also seem lovely.
Great video as always mate.
It is so nice to see Kurt giving them some money to show your appreciation of their helping. This is really what they need to live.
I thought that at first, but then I went back and looked all of their faces when he took out the money. I couldn't tell what they were feeling, but it seemed like complicated emotions. Look at 38:14 that is joy on their faces. Then 38:26. What emotion is that. It looks like a mixture of confusion and discomfort. I wish I knew. No one is smiling. Maybe just embarrassment. I don't know.
@@benjaminmoseslieb9856 Well the grandmother said, "This is my fight" so ah when she's gone? 70 years old? Yeah, Kurt shouldn't have given them a Dime. Yeah, I see your point.
You're a good man, you visit people, you make them happy, you help them, and you help them, too.
From Yemen🇾🇪
This episode was amazing. The younger kids were catching shrimp so the older kid has bait to fish with. All the girls and women were busy carrying water or tending to the clothes in the river or drying on the rocky beach. This really shows how strong the family unit is and how valuable it is for rural village life.
This was actually so heartwarming and wholesome. I love how respectful and open minded you are to these people and their culture
Bro, you're showing a part of the island that was unknown to 99% of people from there including myself. Keep up the good work! 👏🏻
El muchachito Carlos tiene buen corazón ❤️👏🏽 se nota que sus padres hicieron buen trabajo.
Thanks for your kindness to my people's showing the world that we are strong people and friendly
when the young man told Kurt he adored him, and Kurt told them he adored them too 🥺 ; that was such a special moment for me. Big up #haiti
yeah super cute 😄 except he said „how old are you?“ 😅😂😂
Actually the kid was trying to speak english by asking, "How Old Are You?", not I adore you. 🤣
